In telepathy there are sort of "thought streams" or "frequencies". Which means if a set of people tune into one they can communicate flawlessly but if you want to send it to a "less synced group" it needs to be a simple and fast "burst". If your mind is tuned to "pay attention" when it happens you will get it crystal clearly. Now the problem with these "frequencies" that most of them are "open" to multiple entities and they can not just "see it" but interfere with it and give you headaches or whatever they want if they get angry for you sending something that they don't like. So the "safest" is to use one of the "collective unconscious" layers. Which are the current mainstream human thought emanations. At that place most things are allowed because any proper entity just blocks that noise. The real interesting thing in the collective unconscious if you can "yell louder" than everyone it can "go through". Some people might "hear it" but it will just registered as an another noise in the noises for them then everything will go back as usual.

They are not always meant for you but that doesn't mean you cannot receive it. It's really like a radio frequency. Pic related. If there is a COMMER he can overwrite that frequency. That is why the radio interference laws are srs bsns in the modern times. So you are sometimes just the unintended receiver among many others. But the subconscious usually filters these and when you see something like this then maybe there is a meaning for you sometimes. As you progress more things like this will happen and you will get a hang of this.

Those less than a sec flash like visions that I too get even in daytimes can be funny sometimes. You have to get used to be able to "care" about them. The way our memory gets imprinted gets more and more interesting as we progress on the path.

If your mind can understand that language and have concepts tied to that language then it is usually good enough to receive it. I am usually think and dream in different languages too. The problem usually arises when it is a language I don't know or never spoke before just merely read the terms because when an entity pronounces a word that I pronounced differently while reading it (and registering that concept in my mind with that pronunciation) it takes time for me to realize what they meant.

The Nato summit is now... I wonder what they are doing currently. I am getting mixed messages how this will play out. The plans somewhat changed but not everyone got the memo and nobody is sure what is going on currently. 
The worst part that this summit is not even that important in the grand scale of things but it is for "making an appearance".

 I wonder if the elites will say that getting the finns and swedes in counts as a win already and letting russia get what he wanted since the start is an acceptable loss at this stage or they will reveal some cards that will make things even dumber as they are currently
