I live in a country where a recent (this week)state recommendation for healthy drinking stirred up a lot of attention because someone applied it when researching local habits and drew the conclusion that 1/3 of the population are alcoholics who need therapy and risk early death.

I normally don't drink at all, beer gives me a headache, but when I did the kitsune enlightenment breakthrough I emptied a bottle of white wine in an attempt to relax, and that was exactly what was needed (aside from the classic energy drink, coffee, green tea, paracetamol, ginger etc, nice witch brew right, it worked tho, forced hyper focus and relaxation using only external means).
