I think I fixed it already.Its also a very big multi year thing which would take very long to type out in a way that makes sense since it's the main issue I've been dealing it. The tldr of the current  solution is that maybe it couldn't just be internally fixed so I had to clean a bunch of places/groups of people. Additionally after that Schizo post I realized I possibly had signed some kind of contract in a past life which is why it had become that bad.Im not sure if that actually happened but I redesigned a contract anyway to be sure.
