I don't know which plane of what construct I'm looking at. I definitely see an "image" of what the Queen was showing me in the clouds, and it did effect someone I am in contact with over the astral-physical, but only that one person seems to have been effected in a way that I noticed directly and strongly.
I saw several people "react" in various ways to the same changes I saw, but I don't know who or where they are. My awareness tends to be situational, I instantly know if someone is talking about me, and it's relevant to me, for example.
