I seem to now have recovered a number of lost memories or mind states. Maybe better described as "experiences". The most notable is a visual scene playing in my mind now from the last fight against Bowser in Super Mario World for SNES. So this thing took place at the 3D surface for me, at least mentally. If this is the first thing to appear, it means it would also be the last time I hand any real contact with the 3D physical and an ability to effect it, since after that I would have lost sense of it. It makes sense though, considering when I played this and beat the game (Which took way too long, but I was very bad at games for a long time, started playing this when I was 10 and it took me a week to get past the first castle, all summer to get past the 3rd, playing this with my cousins. When I tried the game again two months ago just to see, I felt like one of the turles in terms of reaction ability, but I still made it past the 2nd castle in the first hour, gave up on the 3rd castle. So I guess even with 20 years since I last touched it, I haven't forgotten how to play it, I just don't have any motivation to keep trying.) That I even had the idea to try again, would probably come from nearing in on the mental state and dimensional level where I did play this game at first.
