Long story short: she's a spoiled, rich girl who, for most of her life, has been sheltered by Belle and homeschooled. It wasn't until high school that she got to be around kids her age. Despite thinking highly of herself and having a rich bitch attitude, it's kinda clear to most people that she has no idea how to interact with kids with her age.

Think of someone like Pacifica Northwest or Andrea Davenport (I know the Davenports went broke in season 2) or Cecilia (damn I miss Cecilia) but with... I don't know. I don't want to say social anxiety but she thinks very highly of herself despite not knowing how the real world works.
