Forgot to mention, that ninjagirl CYOA isn't strictly focused on 'becoming' a girl, but instead about being someone who just finished their metamorphosis into becoming a ninja girl.  Seemed close enough, though?

Getting back into proper TG territory is this classic, a pure crystallization of the genre.  (Sadly, I could not find an uncensored version)
