so below the threshold. I'm not taking the option to use 27 points and since I have +1 to all anyway just for being human, I'm happy to have it. What I'm especially happy about is that glorious 6 6 6 so my charisma will be 19! That's well worth the loss of a few points in other areas! You're not even allowed to craft that, the highest you can do on the alternate method is 15 for 9 points. Nope. 19 Charisma, yeah!
