> already obsolete bc we keep passing stuff around lol

I was able to change the inventory to match the current situation. I can easily handle this now and you can view it and change it yourself at your discretion. I have no problem keeping it up to dat however and I will keep a copy in case anything should happen.

More Notes:

I will note that at the end of every day, unless everyone has eaten in some other way, 4 rations will be removed from inventory and I will post a note on the thread.

Once you're in Neverwinter, they will have open markets and eateries as well as the guild's discount provisions. Fresh food is always cheaper than rations as rations are specially prepared, preserved and packaged. I am allowing Cat the ability to do that given a source of fresh food. She will require 1 hour to prepare 4 fresh meals from ingredients like meat, forage, or purchased produce, and one additional hour per 4 rations to prepare them. So there shouldn't be any reason to buy rations which are pricey compared to produce or meat.

Upon request, I will provide a list of inventory and current pricing for any shop. A city like Neverwinter would have just about every shop or service.

It is reasonably expected that you could find your way around and stay out of trouble, though it can get tricky in a bustling city with pickpockets, ornery adventurers, pushy nobles, and aggressive panhandlers depending on where you go. If you stick to the main roads and markets you shouldn't have any issues. There are inns and the guild will have lodging at a discount.

This is just some of the places of interest.

There will be places to stay ranging from 1sp/day with meals available in the poor side of town (squalid) with a disadvantage 2:1 for resting. As little as 7cp for food per person. It would likely be possible to get unprepared food at the market cheaper and in this level of lodging you would sometimes be allowed to cook for yourself.

The guild lodging would be akin to "poor" meant for copper belts (level 1 adventurers freshly registered). resting will be 1:1. This level would cost 2sp. You would be allowed to cook and prepare rations in the main hall kitchen, it's open to the registered. You couldn't legally sell your rations for coin without a trade guild token, but you could barter or trade for supplies. The adventurers typically have supplies on them they'd be willing to trade for within reason.

Remember too that you can convert 2 rations to 4 cooked rations with Cat's cooking proficiency as long as she has tools. Rations are typically 5sp each, cooked meals are 2-3sp, minimal full sustainance and groceries to produce a meal are 5cp to 1sp. So with Cat's help daily costs could be as low as 3sp per person per day with guild lodging.
