You will soon be homeless at this rate. 1. You don't need anything to sleep on the road. You can sleep on the cart if you take Freya's suggested quest. You will lose inspiration points if it's raining but don't worry about that for now. If you have a cart, you can sleep on that under the tarp. 2. Alice is easy but she should have something she can use for ranged attack or the battle scenes will always begin with her collapsing to the first attack. 3. Ashley can live with her cloak and shoes as is, she can buy her own stuff when she has her own money. Going commando is better than homeless. She can't even use weapons, so nothing more for her. Technically she could sell her cloak and shoes and get 4 gold to buy most of what she wants but what she's wearing is nicer than a simple cloak, boots aren't required unless you're going mountain climbing. 4. Tent: 2 person tent can fit three snugly. Alice can sleep nude in the rain so I recommend it. Bedrolls are not needed unless you go into colder climates, but it will still be uncomfortable. I recommend you set up on soft ground or sand. I'd save 10sp minimum for food and lodging when you can get it. You could sell your expensive things to get more money for rations. You could give Ashley the shield since she will just basically be an arrow magnet and otherwise could get full cover by hiding behind it completely.
