> Honestly I dont mind her being more independent and it does make things more interesting thats all cool but we still are a party
I am not seeing anything wrong with this statement though it seems contradictory to other statements previously made. I can say so far we are all in agreement.
> and I do not see her side of the compromise
Please see #3 paragraph 3, ignore what has been previously assumed and make an peace offering.

If you want a starting point, she asked that quest payouts be granted to her, this is usually a small amount compared to loot. She is also interested in a portion of loot so she can eventually afford to level up and in the long term get shapeshifting material. In the shorter term, to pay back the team in any way she can so she can claim to be self-sufficient and not a burden. With the understanding that she will lend coin if asked to afford things for the team that are necessary, especially important to the early game.
> We need to work together as a team and that's really hard if she constantly does things on a whim
She has expressed interest in curtailing her shenanigans. I will help throttle her if I am able from this moment forward, she has asked me to help her and I will do what I can. Pending an agreement and no lingering animosity.
> and especially if she refuses help.
If I understand correctly, she only said that to sacrifice her own benefit to sweeten the pot for an amicable agreement, her methods of communicating that were uncharacteristically poor.
> How can we plan ahead and strategize like this?
She's willing to loan, borrow, and lend, at this point it's an argument of semantics and technical handling that would be my responsibility and hers. Her indebtedness and or owedness would be tracked internally by her and verified by me.
> There must be some middle ground. I don't wanna be difficult either, I said I don't want to fight with Ashley I want us all to be friends but I also gotta look after Yulya before she falls apart giving up everything and getting nothing in return.
I understand to my fullest extent. Are you willing to state an acceptable compromise as you see it per reference aforementioned? Or is that also and unnecessarily burdensome? I am trying my best to understand. I am reading positive signs here that a mutually beneficial agreement is possible so it may be a language barrier issue, Bearese to English and back.
> All I request is that Ashley accepts help from us where necessary, at least now at the beginning and doesn't totally isolate herself. Is that unsound?
Not unsound at all and if that's all you would have requested in

I can't imagine I would be obligated to have this conversation. I cannot decipher that particular message from what was presented. Perhaps this brain is too tedious.
> I don't want Joy's hard work to be for nothing.
This is a sunken cost to me. I am always willing to abandon my plans at your and anyone's whims. I had already given up on my original main questline before you made it to the guild and created three more to adapt to playing styles. This recent turmoil has dashed several of my plans as being too harsh, but since I like planning, that's just more fun to make new ones.
