Your enemy is an interdimensional pathway. So that would mean you could fight against the use of orbs and that you would have to take up with the gods since they're made and maintained by the gods. In fact the whole leveling system is due to the gods. Though you will reach the level of a demigod at level 20, a demigod is still constrained by things gods don't have to deal with. That said, you could still be very annoying to them and like SheShe's dealings with The Raven Queen, they'll be mostly unable to touch you, though you will also not be able to stop them directly. Hm, maybe we should have you all fight a demon god, let's see if dice rolls help you then. It's worthy of an experiment.
