Obviously an error since there was supposed to be 2 hits, not just one with advantage. It should have looked like [1d20+4=(1,2)(3,4)] by the way I add the bonus to the roll so if you see 20 it rolled 16, if you see 24 that's critical hit, 5 was critical miss because of the +4. > +3 DEX.
