Can't we just ride there with Gundren's horses? Oh wait, I guess only Cat knows how to ride a horse.
Then I think running first and mostly walking for 6h is a good compromise

I'm more worried about the way back. We gotta camp there, can't just walk back without rest. Especially with a dead Gundren or even more reckless idiots in tow. We can't carry them and even if Yulya revives one he'll be dead exhausted. No idea how this is gonna work out.
