Ashley has a psychic connection to her summons, so some buffs carry over, some debuffs might as well.
It looks like guidance would work once. Bless is unlimited as long as the spell is active. Effectively, Ashley gets a number of turns equal to the sum of the turns of all her summons. Otherwise I could have said it only applies to 1 summon or 1 per turn or you would have to buff the individual summon. I erred on the side of helping Ashley be useful. Whether that's OP or not remains to be seen in higher levels.
For instance I probably won't let Aid buff all her summoms. Consider if the buff is physical, it would only effect the individual, if it's mental then that would carry to her summons.

I'd be careful there especially if you try to rest in an active region of enemies, such as in their base.
In another quest, Bear's team was able to rest because they found an enclave of friendly kobolds that allowed them to rest there.
You'd have to hide pretty well in a defensive and unused space for instance.

It's well known that onions will grow much heartier if you plant them over the corpse of a rotting dwarf. So keep that in mind for later.
