Have I mentioned that we don't like Halloween?
It's more of a commercial scam than Valentine's Day and a carte blanche for pesky kids to screw around. Pagan too.
In Catholic Bavaria Nov.1 is All Saint's Day, a solemn Holiday where you visit the graves of loved ones that passed away and light candles. Also a Silent Day where public entertainment and dancing is forbidden by law. Disrespectful heathens are crucified.
