I have decided that Surprise attacks only guarantee initiative, there will no longer be a 'surprise round'. I feel as if I have misinterpreted the rules and made the situation too easy. Don't worry about any prior encounters, this will be form this moment forward. I repeat, you will not roll initiative on a surprise round and all players will get a move. That is all.
