She hears them discussing trade and who should lead the town as a trade hub. The larger man argues that he has more capital, storage, and willingness to take anything they have to offer and Harbin argues he's in a closer position to the road to be able to quickly get them handled and he would be willing to send them his way after the general supplies are handled. Ashley can be found in the large field in front of the Inn, the Town Green, which is more of a Town White at the moment, helping kids push balls of snow together to make oddly shaped snowmen. Others out and about are all fretting over the snow and what that meant for spring, and what it could possibly mean in general.
