I have processed your files and have made the decision to simplify the process.

-The maker of the poison will set the DC of the effect a creature must fail the DC check vs CON to gain the effect, the effect is immediate and can stack like normal damage. The damage type is poison.

One of the following base ingredients must be used:
-Dried Potato Leaves: 5sp per lb at the alchemist, effect is 1hp
-Tobacco Leaves: 1gp per lb at the achemist or smoke shops, effect is 1d2hp
-Oleander Leaves: not available for sale, effect is 1d4

One of the following enhancers must be included interchangeably:

-Datura seeds: not for sale
-Mandrake root: at the alchemist, 5sp per lb.
-Nightsshade flowers: not for sale

The following solvents can be used:

8 lbs Water: takes 8 hours for 10 doses
4 lbs 90% Alcohol: takes 4 hour for 10 doses, can be
1 lb Acid (PH<1): takes 1 hour for 10 doses, requires poison and acid resistance or proper protection or a well ventilated outdoor location.

-Mortar and pestle is used to crush and mix the two constiuents, 1lb of each.
-8lb of water, 4lbs of Alcohol or 1lb of acid is mixed with the crushed ingredients. And boiled down until a viscus strup is left. The substance is applied hot by dipping directly into the syrup and will solidify once on the blade or tip.

The poison can be stored in a glass vial with a waxed cork and will need to be reheated to use more doses. It weighs 1lb per 10 doses.

For use in bait, all 10 doses are consumed. Requires 1 ration to be made with the poison in the water. It can be left as full ration or reduced to dry ration, there's no difference in potency.

The effect is poison damage per the base substance.

The ingredients you can buy will not be available for forage in or near large cities. The liklihood of finding other ingredients is low in the city parks or adjacent land.

In terms of gameplay: buy or forage for ingredients, cook for the appropriate time, hone and coat weapons with the syrup at a rate of 4 per hour, includes honing. The damage will stack.

This time consuming and potentially expensive process is often used by assassins and rogues to coat their weapons. Goblins are also known to make a crude poison coating for theirs though their recepe is unknown.
