I did 1 day a few times, and full bcarb free a few times which they say feels a lot like fasting because you will rely on ketosis.
The issue is you will be breaking down muscle for protein which is not ideal. There is also a limit to this.
I'd much rather do carb free, but whatever. The first two days will be the worst, good luck.
