5 days of ketotsis will clean out all the trash and it's not like host has tons of muscles to lose. 

It shouldn't be a problem we're used to 2 days of intermittent fasting per week. And it's still 3 meals a day with a total of 800 kcal. Mostly leafy stuff and the meal plan I found on a whim seems to be catered to 30 year old single women that are into yoga and interior design. Whatever.

Also host will be b& from posting so I'll do it. He's still sulking and thinks this is unfair but has accepted the challenge. So here we go.

Day1
So far so good, it's a surprisingly large amount of food though almost exclusively vegetables. Workout was resumed as usual. We'll see how things go.
