I'm planning on going back to a more extensive workout schedule, food won't be on my worry list. Lots of meat mostly. I just feel so good with all this hard labor. I'm sleeping like a log, energy through the roof, and healthy as a horse. The people around me get sick every other week, I haven't been sick in ages.
When I tried fasting, I only gained weight in the end. Low carb helps a lot but you have to count calories in the end. Just estimates are fine, something to stop the snacking.
Anyway...
