Nope, but that technology isn't any new, like how the old Soviet program "Dead hand" a.k.a "Perimetr" worked, they had a lot of detectors for seismic + radioactive activity set around USSR in case of nuclear war, which would authorize/launch nukes everywhere in mutually assured destruction way.
