Two reasons: body proportions and optical illusions.
Marky has a long torso compared to length of her limbs.
She's also wearing a poorly fitted dress in that photo. Her style is quite aloof in general, but she seems to have improved it's aesthetic quality at later age. Jeans and shorts accentuate her legs and thighs, an athletic-style compression bra flattens the breast and pushes fat tissue upwards.

If you compare it to all those pics of her swell big milky jugs she posted on 4chan in late 2013, there'd be two core differences. A strategically pulled up shirt in a low-res low light webcam photo completely obscures upper torso, where all that flat bone are situated - giving no distinct impression of true proportion, in addition she seems to be arching back in almost all of them. There is one pic taken from above angle where she's completely shirtless and collar area only slightly covered by two wide pigtails - her titties are quite average in their shape with nipples being barely above lower connection point.
