All the good people migrated to smaller imageboards.
Since all of them are pretty small we don't really have a candidate for an "8chan successor" right now.

There are at least two different ongoing projects to bring back something similar to what librechan was.
One is indefinitely on-hold and the other hasn't officially launched as of yet.
