iirc daitoryou freaked out over something and wiped the board. odili and toshaki? worked on getting those posts back out and restoring /librejp/ somehow and became the BO. at some point he stopped logging in because he didn't know how the claims system worked and megamilk claimed it and had librejp for a couple of days. he made a librejp on mewch and encouraged them to go there if they wanted or if endchan went down but they, in their shrewd and polite japanese nature declined. megamilk then deleted the board. I'm not sure if he willingly relinquished the librejp ownership. I think Odili probably talked to him about the situation, I think it was one of times with board claims he got called out on being a hypocrite with claims stuff.
