The Argentine sub missing was hi-jacked by The Clowns and retro-fitted out at sea then sent-out in the waters in the direction of the U.S. U.S. authorities were searching for it for a few weeks until it finally attempted to strike Hawaii. Thank God it was taken-out immediately by anti-missile defense systems.

The contents of the containers can be mounted also on top of a sub underwater most likely, and then when the sub submerges, it can launch the missile.
Something like this may have been used on the hijacked Argentine sub.
