He's beyond screwed legally. We have very serious charges and his sister is making the allegations meaning he has no wiggle room. She's put on the stand and tells her story and the jury will side with her against Sosa. He'll have to attack her testimony somehow.

This is very sad and points that Ciara-san may have had some underlying non-diagnosed issues.

I believe she had a diagnosis for anxiety and BPD, but that's it. I think her issues started with childhood and were left untreated. As long as Ciara was just a quiet kid not socializing it wasn't an issue. She needed intervention on how to properly socialize. 

The addiction to scamming started way back with Neopets, and was her only source of a sense of power. The rest of her life was just finding ways to scam to then feed her drug addiciton.

Gets the ol' noggin going.

Yes, she was physically at her lowest. But I know girls who got hard into drugs, but they had a good enough head that they can pull out of it. JT was just an inexeperienced drug user, and didn't take enough precaution. Ciara and JT only had one dose of Narcan it seems, and after reviving Ciara he seems to have panicked and not got her the help she needed.

Reading between the lines, it is very likely Ciara took yet MORE fucking fent and then went back to bed. That would make the most sense. It's possible Ciara wasn't fully aware of how serious her OD was either.
