But that's the thing. He calls her out in public and no longer has the ability to impact her life. She doesn't talk to him at all. I believe she had a diagnosis for anxiety and BPD, but that's it. I think her issues started with childhood and were left untreated. As long as Ciara was just a quiet kid not socializing it wasn't an issue. She needed intervention on how to properly socialize. 

The addiction to scamming started way back with Neopets, and was her only source of a sense of power. The rest of her life was just finding ways to scam to then feed her drug addiciton.
