you don't need snow app to make your eyes look bigger, what i do is i use brown contacts to enhance my eyes even though i already have bigger eyes i just feel like it makes it look fuller

that being said contacts + highlight at the corners also maybe puppy eyeliner? however it just depends on your eyeshape
