Why does she have the wrong guild tag on her profile there if the screenshot is new? That tag was from a server called 'sanctuary'. It later became another server that Cewl is also part of called 'province', and the guild tag is a butterfly depending on how you see it. It would show on her profile regardless of being blocked or not being friends with her on the platform, not whatever is on your screenshot. You cannot hide the tag.
