If you look at her face long enough you start to notice how deformed she is.
She looks like a boy with FAS in some pictures and a piglet in others.
She just has that unfortunate face with a disproportionate bulbous nose, long philtrum, pointy chin, and papercut lips. The kind of face you know won't age well and only looks cute on teens before the wall sets in.
It's cute at a first glance but when you look closer she just looks gross.
