Even though it's already obvious she's editing every single feature of hers incluing her hair, I'll provide some proof for the blind people who don't know AI feathering when they see it. 

The noise and compression levels are so insanely different for not just her face but for each specific feature on her face that she looks like a creepypasta when put under an ELA analysis filter. For reference, an unedited photo with consistent noise and compression would look mostly blank. In her extremely edited photos, all of her features jump out like a horror movie. Beyond the individual features of her face (especially the eyes which are 100% edited, you can even see bits of brown at the tops of them), the levels of noise and compression between her face and the rest of the picture are completely different. 

In her less uncanny photos, you'll notice she blurred them in an Asian photo editing app or even added additional noise to throw off the scent.

But I know software and filters for live mode definitely exist, very popular in China if I'm not mistaken, Chinese people seem to love filters. There are just as many filters for live streaming as there are for photos.
