If you think that only non-virgins have non-innie vaginas, you're operating under the belief that only penises are capable of the friction required to cause this effect. The vast majority of human beings masturbate from the beginning of puberty onward, including women. If both having sex and masturbating is enough to get rid of an innie, almost no women would have them.
