Might spend this afternoon opening my third eye and investigating the akashic records. I will need to consult a highly respected member of the occult/hidden master community, such as nuro.
Would you neets like me to pick you up any information from the akashic records?

yeah it's a pain in the arse for me
have to put a list in an RTF document and include two screenshots of my protonmail inbox with the receipts
usually takes a couple of goes resizing the images 40-50% so that the RTF is under 3mb, which is the limit for the workforce proof upload thingo

I mainly fall asleep listening to game of thrones fan theory videos on youtube. I used to be not that interested in it, unfortunately after months of listening to them I started to pay attention and develop my own fan theories about what's going on in the books, and now they're not so good at helping me sleep.

had an asthma inhaler spacer - a plastic bottle that you puff ventolin into and huff from. Got mine sometime in the 90s, but was alarmed by how dirty and impossible to clean it has become. Turns out you're meant to replace them every 12 months

What helps with anxiety neets? Do you think having regular social interaction makes any difference? I don't remember being any better off when I was a uni student with rpg nerd friends who I met and played with twice a week.

I dunno if real or not, but pidges in cities come in contact with all kinds of chemicals, poisoning stuff. So I can imagine quite a lot meets a horrific end. Better not think about it much. What we can do is do our part and not pollute our environment.

another bad home fuckwit was screaming out side for some reason so i said can you please leave and he started swearing so i said i'm calling the cops and then he called me something so i yelled back fuck off you fuckwit and slammed the door.
fuck it's fun to be violent

Made spaghetti.
Sliced up bacon, fried it, added olive oil and sliced garlic, then chili flakes, then chopped parsley.
When the pasta was ready, I added grated parmesan to the bacon and cooking water, made sauce. Chucked the pasta into the pan and stirred.
For me it was a new recipe. Usually I either make some tomato based sauce or carbonara.

> Just one more smoke bro pls bro just one more then i’ll let you sleep
> just one more bite bro please just one more nibble then we can catch some zed’s
How about fuck you brain! How about you listen to me for once you greedy fuck!
I want to sleep!

perhaps she lost her voice activated bag
and over to NEET now >>/1010659/
No I did not actually get to enjoy that one although I've heard over the years sparsely I might add some raving reviews of Dr feelgood
So that's great you have those memories NEET
tonight we will talk about cameleers as well as host our regular intermissions and tonight we might be lucky enough to guest NYET for an appearance

great to have NYET on the board tonight and it looks like he is interested in the g o t discussion
I myself having not read r r martin's works more of a sci fi man myself I have however seen some of the television series
quite interesting but maybe too super natural one might find an immersion break
take the reigns if you have anything to add NYET
After our next sponsorship message we will find ourselves amongst the ancient cameleers

i had breakfast but it's the wrong breakfast for getting back to sleep, chatgpt has told me I should go into another room and do something boring for a while until I get sleepy, but there's so much mess in the other room I can't do anything

I tried that triple strength dare espresso neets here have talked about. Not impressed. I normally drink a pot of strong black coffee every morning, made from freshly ground beans, and compared to that the dare was like little baby in strength.

I'd go back and buy some milk or whatever (just an excuse to go there) wait till theres no one about so you can talk and just ask her hows she going etc plans for the weekend and things like that if you get a good response go from there.

Yay the handyman I got to replace the sheeting on my car/bike port is coming next week to do the job, almost exactly 2 months after I first contacted him.
Still have not heard from the bathroom renovator that was coming around (month ago) to look at the water leak in the shower, might be like the last one and I will never hear from them again.

 >>/1010727/
I'd just eat a big bag of them then. I do not want massive quantities of treats. This week the bags contained:
tim tams
allens sneks
green doritos
reject shop tasty toobs equivalent
woolies jam tarts (3 red, 3 yellow)
port jelly mix
twinings lemon & ginger cold tea infusions
souvlaki bread
kebab seasoning sachet x2
pancake mix
white wings chogolate cake in a mug mix
two cans of pitted cherries
can of pineapple rings
bbq shapes
bread crumbs (for schnitzels)
soft taco kit
two cartons of long life milk
two of those spicy korean noodles (one of which I posted yesterday)

NEETs these extendable arm colanders are on special buy at Aldi tomorrow. $9.99
I got one last time and have been very happy with it. They are especially good for rinsing berries and things like that. Because they sit over the sink the water goes right through instead of rising up the sides like it does when you drain something in the bottom of the sink.

i used to do fasting in my 20s to good effect, but it messes up your sleep and it's extremely depressing. now i'm 40 and when i need to drop weight i'll just do quite extreme cardio and cut back on the food a bit. it's much easier to burn calories than it is to not eat them imo.

 >>/1010744/
> it's much easier to burn calories than it is to not eat them imo
I have the opposite view. Even very vigorous exercise will only burn a few hundred and the more I exercise the hungrier I get. I find it easier to just eat a bit less.

But we are all different and need to find what works for us. If one weight loss method has not worked for us then we should try another.

I asked AI about Dan to make a low effort Dan post. It produced this for you

> Subject: The Dan — Australian bottle-o salesman character

> I made a character concept called The Dan.

> He’s an Australian alcohol salesman / bottle-shop mascot type character, loosely inspired by the general vibe of Dan Murphy’s, but he is not meant to literally be Dan Murphy’s or connected to the company.

> The Dan is basically a cursed suburban retail legend. He always knows what’s on special, he has the confidence of a bloke who has memorised every catalogue price, and he treats every personal crisis like it can be solved with a member discount.

> He appears whenever someone is about to make a questionable purchase.

> BBQ coming up? The Dan is there.
Centrelink money came in? The Dan is already waiting.
> Sad Friday night alone? The Dan recommends “a good drop for the occasion.”

> Design idea: green retail shirt, catalogue or receipt in hand, trolley nearby, too-friendly salesman grin, dead-eyed retail worker energy underneath.

> He’s meant to be a parody OC / Australian retail mascot character. Not affiliated with Dan Murphy’s.

Smithfield/Munno Para. A guy ahead of me at the checkout didn’t buy anything just wanted a note changed to coins. Then pushed back in after he had started to walk off to ask for a couple of $2 coins to be switched to $1s. I sighed audibly and he looked at me and I said “it’s not a fucking bank, you retard” and he stood there just opening and closing his mouth and somebody else told me to calm down. I just want to fucking smash stupid people lately.

only read this, so assumed they didn't change over for daylight savings

> “The issue is impacting a number of nodes within our network that keep time across the mobile network, and when these nodes are not operating as expected, other parts of the network can be affected, resulting in intermittent issues with some mobile calls and data sessions.

> Australian dock workers are demanding a 28-hour work week with no loss of pay as the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation expands across the country's ports.
I cannot believe the cheek of these lazy fucking shits. Do they think this country owes them a living?

 >>/1010894/
I think that's actually in the story.

It always makes me kek at how embellished Abo lore is, when what I recall as being a myth on a North Victoria Abo Tribe becoming well-known in the 1970s somehow was something everyone else's tribe supposedly followed for the next 30 years. "Welcome To Country" is another. Of the 680 tribes in pre-contact Oz, 679 had instead had "A spear In Your Face" as the traditional greeting.

I ben looking on that chiken a long time. It wer all pale and qwiet like it ben waiting for some 1 to member it. I tuk it up soft and sayit, "You my fayr 1 now." I cudnt tell if it ben bird nor feast nor sum thing from the Littl Shyning Time. I kep it clost agenst my chest till the colde gone in to me and I thot maybe love aint all ways for them as breeth. Sum times love is jest the way you carry what cant come back.
