Having a cup of black instant and browsing on the laptop. Going to go for a walk soon, its sunny at the moment for rain on the forecast. I better hurry up.

Ok neets, I said we'd resume voting for movies this week but checking we still have two more movies that were voted for but not screened, so we'll have to see them this week and start voting again next week.

Wednesday night tv will be Air Crash Investigations

Saturday night will be Spiderman(2002) and on Sunday Wag The Dog(1997)

I’ve been learning to play guitar with a music therapist. She really has to break it down for me because I’m slow. But I’ve learnt two songs now completely

Damn. Saw theo post this on twitter in its entirety since it got taken down on other platforms. Didn't watch it but wondered why. No wonder haha.
Interesting insight.

More likely he took out a loan to celebrate his upcoming new job and tax return got drunk and is passed out in an alleyway with an old boong and a sick dog.

I just spoke with ProteinNEET asking him if an employer wants to hear from an employee what they think theyre worth or what they think their entitlements are.
To give context, he is working through an agency. Accepted two shifts from two different companies that use an agency for hr etc.
First shift (pays more) offered some overtime, which he accepted.
This resulted in a less than 10hr gap between that shift and the next one (with a different company).
He stated this to company 1, like they should not have offered overtime.
Now is confused as to why they're not asking him back.
Apparently went on about how warehouse work is high risk and he needs proper breaks. Also said he walked out of the lunchroom because someone was talking about some work practice.. but he had clocked into his lunch break and he only does paid training.

People wonder why pajeet gets hired.
Interview complete. Felt like a monotone autistic troglodyte talking about my experience. Lightened up with the girl as we were talking about remote work and culture and shit at the end. Asked for 80k.
If successful it'll be a take home exercise, an interview with the team leader in Europe, an interview with the hiring manager, and an interview with an engineering manager in Aus. Mumma mia
 >>/722079/
I had an HR woman annoy one of my references by expecting him to sit through a 15 minute set of questions.
And it literally said right in front of her that he was the general manager of a very large company.
 >>/722136/
webby has a bit of equity in his two homes and cars. 10k owns his house outright, don't think its flash but could be wrong. Cruisey has a house but hasn't been in it for long so probably doesn't have much equity.
Given webbys age and consistent waging I think its a safe bet that he is the wealthiest.
 >>/722153/
If my tax return allows it. I wanna get a pair of those adjustable dumbells that go up to 24kg each and an adjustable bench too. I find the commercial gym environment abrasive.
My dad had nearly 2 long service leaves saved up and he took most of a year at half pay before he retired.
 >>/722162/
Its been a blur. I really couldn't tell you that much. I enjoyed the period when NK, Cheesecake were active. A lot more WA neets were here then so it was more lively during WA late hours. Some more moments will come to me.

I ordered a boig as well, which might have helped. They treat me alright, probably because I don't cause any fuss and don't poo on the floor like the abbos.
Fucking hell some 3 cunts flashed their lights on the way home.

Saved me from a bretho.

Doublers back and took the long way.

Fucking legends.
Ok, we'll be watching the last 1/3rd of Gringo - The Dangerous Life Of John McAffee in 30 minutes on https://cytu.be/r/womboflix
nightshift securty guard seems comfy, especially if i could find a place where i just sit on my arse most of the shift and occasionally walk around
 >>/722255/
been there, did that
had 24 hour shifts that would go like this
> 6 hours worth of solid shitposting
> 2 hours or reading
> at least one hour for gooning
> 20 minutes or so of pretending to work when the boss was around
the rest of the hours would be taken up by sleep and killing time with coworkers
I had yet to meet one security guy with night shifts who doesn't sleep at night (inside secret)
comfy job, but it interfered with my practice routine

the moon light beamed the edges of the buildings quite beautifully tonight
I wish I were able to play moonlight sonata (until I'll be able to play the third movement, I won't bother learning it; I don't wanna be the faggot who skips the hard part)

see him kissing that girl's foot? If he's into foot fetish I bet he's into femdom, and I find the stories about his scat fetish perfectly believable.
There was a NEET once that didn't eat and then he went to try and poo and all his blood exploded out his bumhole and he died.
True story.
I want to lie on a tropical beach with a tankard of rum and dusky maidens to fulfill my every sordid whim.
I might get a pizza next week, that will be the first pizza in about two years. I will take advice on what to order when the time comes.
Back from Craigs and I think a robbery may have been starting as I left
While I was getting my bottle a drunk boong chick came in and a staff person went straight up to her and they both started screaming at each other
I get my bottle and I'm at the door and it opens and 8 or so young boongs run in all screaming and waving their arms about
I ducked out of the way and then buggered off, not my problem
Need to visit Jaycar tomorrow. They must love it when I come in and spend $1.08 on two resistors and an LED.
Decent chest workout. Numbers are going up again.
A group of 3 turban pajeets wearing polo shirts were hogging the benches
Went and got 6 litres of Pepsi.
Got two whopper jnrs and two small chips for 8.95

Today when she asked my expected salary and I said 80k she asked if that was "as a package". Does that mean inclusive of super?
If there is 12 crows on the fence and NEET shoots one crow with a shotgun how many crows are left o the fence?
Super is bullshit, you're gambling that x dollars will be worth y dollars in z years time.
And you have to trust some filthy jews not to steal too much of it in the meantime.

Wank from home job and youre livin the fuckin dream mate 🤙
i'd be worried that if i took shrooms i'd never come back, but at some point in the future that might not be a bad thing
When I come back from a mighty quest.
I have no need for sleep or rest,
I head to a tavern for a drink,
And get so drunk I cannot think.
A wench by my side and a jug of mead,
These are the things that I most need.
So I sit back and sing this song,
And drink and party all night long.

Normies are learning the NEET struggles these days.
But we are better at it with our NEET experience of hardship and scorn.
So we should take their women and goats for ourselves while they are weak.
The strong NEET will eat the weak normie on the coldest of nights.
And the NEET King shall sit atop a pile of bones.

Super is another lot of tax they make employers loan the government.
Make it up with inflation until they need to pay it back.
Unless they die.

If it's inclusive of super they can
> But, if you are paid a salary package inclusive of super, your employer might choose to cut your take-home pay to cover the increased super contributions.

I purchased 8 of the mini vanilla custard pastries from the bakery section. You may have two.
The Afghani terrorist with the paedo moustache was in the express checkout thing, but he slunk off and left the girl to it when he saw I was next in line.
The guy in Jaycar told me the switch I had picked out wasn't the one I had written down, but a quick check with a multimeter had him retract that statement. Fucking chortler.
 >>/722589/
No one would do that.
Super is on top, I've never heard of an employer having super counted as part of the base wage, and only real money would accept that, unless the listed wage was 10.5% extra and clearly stated
 >>/722597/
He's going to get himself sacked pretending he has memorised every component by sight. At least he knew how to use the continuity function on the store multimeter.
 >>/722598/
> The means your take home is like 40% less than what's listed.
What? Just multiply the TRP by 0.895 (assuming 10.5% super) and that's your salary.
 >>/722602/
It goes beeeeeep when there is connectivity between the two probes. In the case of a switch it will go beeeeeep when the switch is pushed in one direction or another, depending on whether it is open or closed circuit.
You load sixteen tons, what do you get?
Another day older and deeper in debt
Saint Peter, don't you call me 'cause I can't go
I shat my pants in the company store
 >>/722619/
I presumed you had all gone and done some big productive waging. Something that procures more wealth than your expense, ideally by a significant margin to account for extra expenses like insurances, software and overheads as well as liaison time (which doesn't generate).
And to account for the half a day most of us (me included) not providing any tangible value to the organisation.
Think not of what the company can do for you.
 >>/722620/
I pay for the cotton wagon driver, as well as maintenance and expenses (feed and stables) for the horse and wagon. That cost needs to be distributed across the wealth generators. By not getting your quota, you not only risk the decrease in trust in the company by the people paying for the goods, which make the revenue to pay for your labour and expertise, but you also risk the livelihood of every one relying on the company to pay for their time (not productivity) and keep their entitled faces full of feed and a roof over their heads.
 >>/722632/
And they all treat me like shit.
There is no incentive to change.
A good worker should get more but there is no noticeable difference in attitude or aptitude due to wages.
If anything, once they get over that ~1000 take home per week their productivity and drive decreases because they know that they are paid primarily on only time.
Going to watch "we own this city" soon. Cop show set in baltimore. Just checking it out because I liked the wire so much.
 >>/722633/
20% of the time is ochw bullshit.
All paid training too.
Inductions before every stint.
Yellow tape on the ground to follow because these highly trained workers getting $120k are unable to read a map.
 >>/722638/
I set up a thing in the warehouse years ago where the guys who did 20% more picking than expected consistently got $3hr more than the rest.
It caused a lot of arguments but it worked well for me and them.
 >>/722642/
That is cool. I like tangible incentives like that.
I was going to make mine a $1extra per 50 or 100 hrs worked but after super and having to pay my HR consulting cunts for individual contracts, and the accountant for separate pay rates though xero (which then I need to pay to get audited), it's too hard and costly.
 >>/722646/
 >>/722647/
My dad and his manager borrowed a work ute and went from headland to somewhere that sells grog, got smashed and drove back and got the car wheel stuck down an old shaft.
This was only 2or 3 years ago.
 >>/722648/
I had to fight tooth and nail with upper management to get them to try it out, they basically kept saying can't I get them to do the extra work for free.
 >>/722650/
Yeah, that's not fair.
I've given a few workers a few hundred dollars bonuses but then it's become expected, so then they don't go above and beyond without a reward.
The reward was for them doing their job well, not just doing it.
 >>/722652/
The main problem with warehouses is anyone who has a brain and works hard will move on to a better job.
If you don't reward them you end up with all mongs.
 >>/722653/
I've seen it the other way.
Treating them like they're valued makes them feel like the company needs them more than they need the company.
I've tried to do things differently but it hasn't shown any improvement.
I remember treating the workers like expendable assets, and them competing for hours, and being appreciative for getting the work.
Unlike now where I try to express, both just with feedback and more money, that they are valued.
Now it's as if they're doing a favour by accepting the work.
90% of the world wants to be herded, they only think they don't want to.
 >>/722655/
Not sure if that's the same shit, but have you seen 'heme' they artificially make from plant proteins to put in fake meat?
Actually vile.
Synthetic blood.
We should all be eating as much real meat as we can while they still let us.
Future NEETs will get bugs and soy.

I'm afraid you have me at a disadvantage as to precisely what that is, but I can tell you enjoy your electronics hobby immensely, and having fun with your recreational pursuits is very important. Why not drop into one of my cellars and I'll Duplex your order of any single bottle of budget foreign wine, together with any Family level bulk purchase.
the cum chair's fragranceness has randomly increased despite not having wanked in about 24 hours. thus the cum chairs fragranceiness can last on its own for at least 24 hours with the room spray from last night factored in
I might have demon spawn scones with lemon butter and a bottle of foriegn budget wine and then a big wank in my chair

No, it actually cuts the input voltage and turns out the light.
The monitor for the reversing camera I am putting in the car wakes up when the power is taken away briefly on a signal line. The LED is only there to drop the 12v to 10v, which is what the original piece of kit seemed to be using on that line.
I'm a fucken dildo.
That circuit needs two more wires to do what I want it to. Currently it is just cutting power to itself.
I sometimes thing the booze has made me retarted.
