Got some glass armour but the robe has 75% magic regen so it's better even though it has no armour. 
Also have a mod for an underground garden planter bunker that has an enchanting table. 
Need to learn how to enchant. The only way you can get experience in it is by disenchanting weapons and you can't do it twice on them, even if you find another. 
Needs to be an easier way.

We did have some nice holidays down here.
Our street in Lizbef had no public housing and the houses were all owned by the same families until relatively recently when some of them started dying off. That said, there were streets nearby filled with housing trust properties and we also had the foot traffic from the Lizbef South train station. I had to fight to get Motherbat's garage door open. The cable had snapped that operated the two tab things on either side of the door to stop it being raised.
