had a hot bath and a bowl of nourishing and sweet milky oats, the wind from the incoming cold front is whistling down the unlit chimney and i gotta get out of bed in 5 hours to get the bread out of the maker because I got nothing else to eat until i do a cook in a big way

There was a full length mirror at the end of the aisle in coles today. I watched myself walking toward it.
I look fat but in an intimidating way, like a big unit. I did not check the side view.

HUNKER IN THE BUNKER NEWS

Global Markets Being Hit Hard on Fears US Economy Will Collapse

Kiyoshi Ishigane, chief fund manager at Mitsubishi UFJ Asset Management, said: 'I didn't expect stocks to fall this much. 'This is probably because there are concerns that the US economy will collapse in a big way, which is the most unpleasant pattern for Japanese stocks.'

José Torres, a senior economist at Interactive Brokers, said: 'The short-lived satisfaction of Fed Chief Powell communicating decent odds of a September rate cut has turned sour as investors are now panicking that the central bank isn´t trimming soon enough.'

Shares across the world tumbled Friday - as investors panicked over signs of weakness in the US economy.

Over $2.9 trillion have wiped out this morning due to growing fears of a global recession!

IRAN DECLARES TOTAL WAR WITH ISRAEL: IDF FORCES ATTACKING LEBANON AND SYRIA!

KLM has cancelled all its flights to and from Israel's Tel Aviv until Oct. 26, the Dutch arm of airline group Air France KLM said on Friday. Currently, Tehran-Istanbul flights are being cancelled one by one. This development indicates that there may be Iranian retaliation tonight. USS Theodore Roosevelt Aircraft Carrier and its Strike Group have exited the Persian Gulf and are now operating in the Arabian Sea.

Iranian Army Commander: “If the United States intervenes this time, we will target all its military bases and interests in the region.”

Israeli airstrikes target the Al-Dabaa Airport in the city of Homs, Syria.

Israel launches a pre-emptive attack and destroys the Al Dabaa airport near Al Qusayr inside Syria... According to Arab reports, many Hezbollah and Iranian missiles have now been destroyed. A lot of attacks and at least 5 in number. A US military executive jet sent to Tel Aviv to evacuate diplomats from Israel amid expectations of a violent Iranian attack on Israel.

Islamic Republic of Iran channel has "officially" announced that "attacks on Israel will begin in the coming hours." "In coming hours, the world will witness extraordinary scenes and very important developments," an Iranian state TV anchor said in a live program focused on Tehran's retaliation against Israel over the assassination of Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran.

A drug that mimics popular weight loss medicine Ozempic will be available in Australian pharmacies within days.
Like Ozempic, Wegovy is administered through a once-weekly pen, however it contains a higher amount of the active ingredient and is used to manage chronic weight conditions, whereas Ozempic is only approved to manage type 2 diabetes.
However, Wegovy will not be listed on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme and details on costings have yet to be released.
In America, the medicine is listed at US$1349.02 (AU$2064.23) for a 28-day pack.

The cost of a heart attack treated in a hospital to the Australian Government is probably more than a years worth of supply of the medicine for a patient. I don't understand why they don't enter a commercial agreement and buy something like it in bulk at a discount.

80% (a figure I pulled out of my bum) is automated these days. Supercomputer clusters grind through combinations of chemicals and spit out combos that might meet some list of predefined effects and they then look at those. It's how Viagra came into existence and was trialed for something completely unrelated to stiffies.

Saving fatties from dying young is not a financial benefit to the government.
Living to 90 costs the government much more than dying at 65. A 90 year old will have been on the age pension for 25 years. The last few years probably needing a high grade of care in a nursing home. Hip replacements, knee replacements. Decades on all sorts of subsidised medications.
No, just let them die at 65 from the heart attack.

 >>/881707/
> Saving fatties from dying young is not a financial benefit to the government.
It's not so much saving a person but saving money that is more important
> Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is an umbrella term for conditions that affect your heart or blood vessels. CVD includes coronary heart disease (blocked arteries) along with heart attack, stroke and heart failure.
> CVD costs the Australian health system $12.7 billion every year.
https://www.hri.org.au/health/learn/cardiovascular-disease/heart-attack-stroke-and-cardiovascular-disease-in-australia-statistics-and-facts

If Australia spent $1 billion to subsidise these drugs and cut this figure down by 10% it pays for itself. If more people start using and abusing these drugs that causes that percentage to increase further to save more money. I am guessing CVD is part of the illnesses when we have things like >>/881708/

10-12 standards each day during the week. I took Friday off and I think I'll go wander around the city and contemplate.

You cannot fathom how i suffer. Right now i have difficulty swallowing. I hate this piss of shit country and this commie healthcare. I go to a doctor and if they dont immediatly figure out what is wrong they will give up or just send me to some other place and then they will keep sending me back to eachother and just doing nothing. Fucking hate my life. Where can i find a doctor that cares (that will take my money but atleast fix my damn problems)
Every day is another day of pure unadulterated suffering. My family never understands it. My doctors never unsderstand it. I wish i was born in the USA. I might be in debt but atleast they would probably find whats wrong with me
Oh and im not from the fucking UK. The flag shows up wrong. Fuck this piss of shit country

I'm really sorry to hear about what you're going through. It sounds incredibly frustrating and painful. If you're struggling to get a diagnosis and proper treatment, here are a few suggestions that might help:

1. Specialist Clinics: Consider seeking out a specialized clinic or a renowned hospital in your area. Sometimes specialists who focus on specific issues can provide more targeted care.

2. Private Healthcare: If you have the means, private healthcare providers often offer more personalized attention and quicker access to specialists.

3. Patient Advocacy Groups: Look for patient advocacy groups related to your symptoms. They can offer advice on navigating the healthcare system and might provide recommendations for doctors who have experience with your condition.

4. Online Medical Consultations: Some countries have services where you can consult with doctors remotely. This might give you access to specialists who are not locally available.

5. Second Opinions: Don’t hesitate to seek a second opinion. Sometimes a fresh perspective from another doctor can make a significant difference.

Navigating the healthcare system can be challenging, especially when dealing with ongoing issues. It’s important to keep advocating for yourself and seeking out resources that can offer the help you need.

This SEA monkey maiden object of you lust, lives in penury, beholden to the snake head or pimp who imported her here with some lies about opportunity. In you come with your hairy back, smelly crack and rapey eyes. If she's new she'll fight to hold on to a little bit of dignity and not touch your penor but alas the desperate pressures of fiscal and physical abuse she's subjected to will force her into an impossible choice of survival and degradation. I wonder if the irony of using massage oil on such a greasy character has occurred to her asiatic brain.

The Great Australian Dream
A quarter acre house block, the great Australian dream,
just the bare essentials, working as a team.
Happy with their placement, content with what they had,
timber framed with masonite, all asbestos clad.
Mowers on the uptake, every Sunday morn’,
a muster of the neighbourhood, cricket on the lawn.
Family garden out the back, veggies by the score,
everyone in unison, couldn’t want for more.
Proud of their surroundings, parents took the lead,
mobs of rows to cultivate, water and to weed.
A way of life for many, the outdoors their domain,
looking back they had it all, but nothing stays the same.
Housing’s unattainable, building blocks are few,
tear’m down and start again, cut-’em into two.
A corner block in Northfield, twenty twenty four,
a million dollar minimum, to get you through the door.
Thirty weeks to build’em, a day to knock’em down,
a bobcat and a tipper and it’s back to level ground.
Quickly subdivided, two to four from one,
stack’em in to populate, that’s the way it’s done.
Dunny on location, delivered as directed,
sanitation to comply, human waste collected.
Skip bin applications, replacement on request,
bits and bobs from every job, compliance at its best.
Rubber stamped approvals, marking paint in hand,
excavators hard at work, plumbing to a plan.
Lines to sight for guidance, footings deep and clean,
PVC to cut and glue, backfilled by machine.
Rio fabrication, cages to install,
pumping systematic, trucks arrive on call.
Concrete up and over, all poured into place,
house slabs on emergence, utilising space.
Pinus Radiata, timber use in play,
chippies in their element, framing underway.
Brickies on arrival, pallets onto site,
bricks and mud are in demand, tapped to line and height.
Trusses made to measure, a crane brought into play,
lifted up for placement, roofing underway.
Gutter installation, plumbers on return,
roofing sheets to score and screw, a lot to watch and learn.
Second fixers into gear, gyprock sheets throughout,
aves and cornice to install, tiles to lay and grout.
Fences on erection, paint to roll and spray,
sign off for inspection, purchase underway.
The quarter acre is no more, there’s no place left for plants,
barely room to swing a cat, we’re head to toe like ants.
A place of space and wonder, our way of life collapsed,
what we had is gone for good, we’re living now like rats.
In the past they did it all, legends of their time,
tradies now elusive, construction’s on the line.
Red tape is horrendous, our freedom’s on the brink,
costs are hard to justify, it’s time to stop and think.

Not sure where I stand on the Mark Antony / Octavian debate.
I think if I was there, I would have backed Octavian, but Mark and Cleo is a great tradgedy and hard to not notice it tugging on the heart strings.

 >>/882150/
Mark wanted to create a new dynasty, similar to Alexander trying to combine Hellenic and Persian. Antony wanted to continue that line, which ties in with Cleopatra being Ptolemeic. Octavia was the traditionaist (who also gave Antony his sister).
We could all be worshipping Isis and Hermes.

Does all corn pop like popcorn?
Popping Corn - Barrie Hill Farms
Nope. The corn at your local grocery is called sweet corn, and it won't pop. Neither will field corn, the type used in foods such as tortilla chips. Only the kernels from popcorn cobs will pop.

upstairs neighbors have been making constant thumps what sounds like someone either opening and releasing a door handle or dropping bowling balls on the floor. Its so damn loud. Every day for weeks. Every like 5 or so seconds for the entire damn day.

Well you wont see a single news reader or politician mention it, but I believe the gist of the rioters' grievances surround the Southport stabbing attack and the two-tier policing that allows niggers and muslims to stab and rape and get bail (if arrested at all) while Whites who throw a cheeky roman or put up stickers get three years in prison.
