When I was a kid I read a book on greek mythology, it said that Agamemnon was prophesied "to die neither at land or sea, to be killed by neither friend or foe, to die neither naked or clothed". He wound up being murdered by his wife, who threw a net over him while he was in the bath and killed him, thus fulfilling the conditions of the prophecy. I thought it was quite clever, but I haven't been able to find the story where this prophecy is given.
