Went to the tourist trap dairy on the way home to get some milk products. There were lots of asians there. I counted five of them that pushed in to the line for the checkouts to buy little jars of gay shit. When I got to the counter the woman said I couldnt pay with cash and I had to wait in line again. Two more guks pushed in before I checked out my discount cheese ($12) and cream. The nice lady said sorry about the wait and I said that the insectoids are just like that and dont worry about it. 

Otherwise I made my purchase and got back safely.

I got a wireless HDMI pair of transceivers so now I have a wireless battery powered projector for the dunny. Got a collapsible shelf for it too. found the cheexe i lost in the freexer. I think the rubicon red is not suited for general purpose cheexe and will have to do for crackers only. This means I will be eating it for the next six months and i have already put 80% in the freexer where it shouldnt go, really. cheexe should be at room temperature, because it is a cultured food. dead things go in the freexer.

Use this to figure out your Basal Metabolic Rate.
Basically this is how many Calories you use per day when you do nothing but sit on your fat arse.
That means if you eat 300-500 Calories less than that each day you will lose weight each day even if you just sat on your arse and did nothing.
500 Calories less than your BMR each day and you should be down a kg in about 16 days.
Get yourself some kitchen scales, weigh you food, google how many Calories are in a given thing.
Eventually you can pretty much eyeball it and have a mental list of how many Calories are in things - just like how you have a rough idea of how much money they cost.
But for precision you just have to do the math.
Alternatively if you just fasted one day per week you'd probably be down about a kg per month.
Assuming you don't overeat on the other days.

Had a good day in the bush. I went to the beach and cut some more trail, i duno where, just deeper. I got two of the biggest spars I ever got and even scared the bee jeezus out of some normie tourists who pulled up on me as I was skidding a spar to my extraction point with a snig attached to my LBE. They peeled out at a high rate and I could see them pulling in to where my faclon was and I ran at them so they fucked off and did a u turn up the road and went back the way they came. Beans, chippos, veggies and some IGA spring rolls for tea. just finishing the marlon brando moofie, gosh its good. I'd have taken pics of the beach but none of (You) deserve it.

Just wrapped up my woolies ham ($30) in a plastic bag and put it in the bin, only cut it a week ago and it has a terrible smell to it already, only used about a third of it, was tempted to try one from coles when I put an order in earlier but I'm kinda a bit over hams at the moment.
