They are from the same class, the psychedelic component of MDMA is closer to the Siberian than to the mushroom or LSD. I also don’t really understand this comparison, there are Siberian notes in the perception of MDMA, but they are rather weak. Empathy under Siberia is also of a different kind, it is more about a deep understanding of emotions, rather than an artificial desire to climb into the soul of another or dump your own. In general, it is all quite individual, probably for someone MDMASH and Siberian effects are really in many ways similar.
