This is Datura Stramonium, aka Durman Ordinary, aka Durman Stinky, a vegetable weed. It is usually sold in Russia under the guise of Indian (Datura Metel). But it's not that stimulating, it's rather just non-sedative. The tripreport above is clearly Stramonium - from the Indian probably just fell asleep under a bush, rather than f***ing at night.
Can you tell us more about China? Do they really have their own look, or do they take it with something?
