What about special light bulbs that emit light in the right spectrum, excluding most of the green? They are called grou lamps, grow lamps, shine with purple light. Is that shit? Or are they really better than regular light bulbs? Can you grow clean on these lamps without fluorescent lights? I’m just asking about the spectrum of such lamps, not about a specific brand or how many watts you need.
