I went through ChEMBL, looking for adamanthan derivatives. It is fashionable to stick guanidine into different molecules. You would think they would bind to a polyamine site like sperm, but NO. With PCP/MK-801.

I looked for KI for adamantans and two bicycloheptans. However, some data can be obtained on different types (????????), I did not pay attention. Numbers are an affinity for the PCP/MK-801 binding site
