If you build a 8 man team solely on the purpose to accelerate inhumanely after a corner -or some other difficult moment- on all the flat stages, and then to TTT +/- 50 km to the finish. Would you be able to take minutes in GC?

One lead out man stopping half way there and one sprinter sprinting. The rest hesitating and getting punished big time. Brother Girmay was right the sprint stages are the most unpredictable and fun now.

For me it was Polska le footy lads who grind the turf with their asses when playing for foreign clubs but when they play for a Polish side or NT they are behave like spoiled children of a immobilieres baron and when Qarabag Agdam or Slovakia just don't fall over it turns out there are no weak teams in these days and they just couldn't help it.
It's been 2016 I think when I just stopped watching this """""sport""""".
Plus the general rig/divegrass/speedyngubu meta is just too on the nose.

So ever since I had braces as a teen I still have these small metal threads behind my teeth to keep them in place or something. It's just glue and a thread. Yesterday I got something between my teeth and the thing broke so I called the dentist. Just went there expecting to them just replace the thing, I sort of remember this happening once before. And they guy was like yeah okay you have this and this option like a night brace and blabla and I asked can't you just replace the thing. Ok an appointment next week for a scan and it has to be measured and then in two weeks it can be reapplied. So I was like wait what? It is just a thread and he got all insulted like "yeah you call it that but it's called a brace and it needs to be carefully measured" etc etc. I wasn't even being rude or anything, just asking some simple questions. I made an appointment at the desk and the lady was also kind of rude for no reason. What in the absolute fuck is going on. Am I being scammed?

Well whatever, this was a guy I have never seen before. Next week I have my "normal" dentist who I have seen like once and I am going to ask these questions again. This makes no sense. Otherwise they can just remove the glue residue and fuck off. He could have removed it now btw but he didn't do anything at all

 >>/104816/
It is a big practice with a lot of different dentists who come and go. When I was young we used to have a normal dentist who just had a house and a practice there and you knew him and the assistants, you know how it used to be for thousands of years. Now that just doesn't exist anymore here

 >>/104817/
Over here the government chooses how many dentists are allowed per x amount of citizens.
So a lot of them don't even take on new patients without a half year wait.
I've read some horror stories of people going halfway across the country for a dentist or going to the hospital to try and get some emergency doctor to do it.

 >>/104820/
It sucks, I needed an appointment with an eye doctor this year for a new prescription (to get money back for glasses) and it's a 6 month wait. I can go in September and booked it in march.
It's also in some doctor factory place so I already fear whatever pajeet I'll get

sometimes I get worked up about every squeak and creak by bike makes and then some strong dude flies past me on me rides and his chain sounds like it's being run through a meatgrinder
My autistic mind really needs to let go sometimes

 >>/104879/
the hotvax chain experience, its crazy how loud those drivetrains are. There are some chains out there that are louder by default (campy12 and some ybn) and if you hotvax those your bike gets classified as LRAD and becomes partially illegal.
SQUIRTers like me don't not have to deal with any of that thankfully

Kanter gives good interviews I think he may be my new favorite german runner, actually he's the only one of them who can and does say anything of note because he's actually in there while the rest is just helfers or filler who are done miles from the finish so all they can say is > idk didn't see what happened my job was done it was really hot next stages we will try to get our riders in position
lipowitz also only gives useless interviews, even more void of substance than the rest

Anyway an interesting fact, Fédrigo won 4 stages, one in Tarbes, one in Gap and two in Pau. By interesting I mean not that interesting but all those stages looked exactly like this

For autistic reasons, I made a little cumpilation of all the roads I came across today.
It is a totalradsport paradise.
If I lived nearby, first thing I would do is to buy Canyon™ MTB and run there all day an night.

 >>/105129/
those 35-40mm road tires that are coming out now should be a blessing for you and czech people
I would definitely run 35s too if I could fit them, while I don't have to ride on shit roads if I don't want to I do encounter almost everything that's listed above from time to time

 >>/105132/
> they are not common roads, cars are not allowed, those are essentialy forest/mountain utility roads so you will only meet fellow pedalists and hikers
> you could go whole day without seeing a car
Why don't you live there?

I actually think his long sprints look pretty good, it's the kick that isn't there. If he leaves it until late I actually think Mads and Girmay jump him and he doesn't the time to come back.

Mads didn't really gain on him over the final meters even though Mads is the one with a reputation for long sprints.

yes it was very windy since it was storming and raining and all but this is only flat and climbing there is no descending, this is 402m up and 51m down. Commute one is 400m down 50m up. My first route had like 400/180 to dodge the main road but now I'll just ride the main road for like 30 km.

I actually even drafted an ebike for the first couple k until I couldn't hold the wheel anymore, I never even planned a hard ride home I just went fullgas for the first 10 minutes and thought why not keep going a bit and then I just kept going and going

Good news everyone!
I have risen to elite top 5 in tdf velodrama.
The bad news is that my 2 sprinters will bring me nothing from now on so this is my peak. Thank you brother Girmay and thank you Berts for reading my blog.

> end of week 2 just before the rest day

> easy-ish stage before the final climb
it's literally plateau de beille v2

del toro already went crazy on that climb during the dauphiné, so yeah, it's gonna be disgusting

> A Prince Albert (PA) piercing is a male genital modification that enters the urethra and exits through the underside of the glans. Healing usually takes 1 to 6 months. Proper hydration and daily saline soaks are essential to keep the area clean and reduce irritation.

I have on good authority that famous Ghanaian witch doctor and fetish priest Nana Kwaku Bonsam has vowed to curse Pogacar. Allegedly he aims not to injure him but merely slow him down enough on the coming climbs so VINGEGAARD can win the tour.
Make of that information what you will.

> It starts raining -> just a few drops
> Realize after 5k I don't have bottles
Some days are just not meant for riding.
