There are like two Vectras, a KIA (maybe two), but on me stupid short ride I have seen two Porshs, a convertible Aston, a nice Jaguar.
Is this some kind of crisis marker, like tall office buildings?
The more of that shit is on the road the closer a financial crash is.

> How is it we are still giving credit to Mr 60? Plus, I think maybe Van Aert could argue it’s about time Vingegaard helps him a bit. The guy absolutely destroys himself to help his leaders at every Grand Tour he participates in.

jona vinegar and prismo rogli are clearly WASHED and they're chances are dead (gone) so when are they going to start working for JORGENSON and LIPOWITZ? many are asking this

She demands immediate contract termination of the following riders
> CAMPENAERTS Victor
> VAN AERT Wout
> JORGENSON Matteo
for abandoning Jonas in a time of need and not working enough in general
also
> KUSS Sepp
should be removed for being not good enough anymore and a disappointment. Your pulls used to kill kings man what happened why are you such a muppet now

 >>/29292/
does Jonas have any friends in the peloton not on his team like Tadej with Jappe, etc? does anyone like him other than those contractually obligated to? any loyal hjaelpers he can poach?

 >>/29295/
doubt it because Visma is generally disliked in the peloton. I mean a few years ago we had riders publicly talk bad about jumbo because they were acting arrogant everywhere and they were riding dangerous
wait actually there was this one conti rider who said vingo is really funny and nice behind the scenes while pog never talked to him kek that's probably his biggest friend outside of lab

Went out to see the storm and get a bit wet, no umbrella will keep out of it in this volume.
When I was coming back I have seen a little thing darting through the middle of the road, spooked.
It was a small dog, I tried to get down to its level and call it in, otherwise he might panic even more and swerve by me just into oncoming traffic but it was no use.
Little man was on the go, there was no stopping him until he gets tired.
The drivers generally behave in these conditions, slow down and all so I hope he doesn't get run over.

Did 4chan change the way they handle bans? If they don't ban his ip range he'll just clear the cookies and reset his router and then he's right back in the fight no?

"Mathieu had been experiencing cold-like symptoms for the past few days," the team's press release begins. "Yesterday afternoon, his symptoms began to worsen significantly. The team doctor monitored him closely throughout the day. Towards the evening, Mathieu developed a fever and was transferred to the Centre Hospitalier de Narbonne for further examinations.

"Medical tests revealed that Mathieu has pneumonia. In consultation with the medical team, it has been decided that he cannot continue the match. His health is the highest priority, and rest and recovery are now essential. Mathieu must rest for at least a full week. After this period, he will undergo further medical examinations to assess his recovery and determine the next steps in his rehabilitation."

> Wout van Aert has addressed the chaotic descents of mountain passes after a stage with an uphill finish in the Danish media. There have already been two stages like this in this Tour, and the descent from Hautacam was particularly "scary," according to Van Aert.

> "I feel like it's gotten even worse than in previous years," Van Aert told 'BT'. "The mountain (Hautacam, ed.) was packed with people, and it would have been much safer if they had let people stand on the side of the road for another 10 to 15 minutes after the finish."

> "That means we have to ride among the people. The police do their utmost to keep everyone off the road during the race," Van Aert said. "But as soon as that's done, everyone rushes down, and that makes it very dangerous. We have good control of our bikes, but we also have to ride among pedestrians and other cyclists."

holy shit all this dude does know is complain about shit
just retire loser

> Trine stays home

> 'B.T.' already knows that Trine will skip the rest days during the Tour. She also stayed in Denmark on Monday with her two children. "I would have loved to have them here, but we've decided they won't be visiting," Vingegaard explained briefly. "We think it's more important that they have some rest."

uh oh

Jonas feel blood in the water and fueled by the rage of Visma betrayal, he will put minutes into bed-ridden Dopacar
There is no way the stage get's Jonas'd today even if there was Cat Sq mistral on top

ayuso isn't allowed to ride together with Pogi?

 >>/29406/
UAE has a simple ruleset: If Pogacar is present he is the captain otherwise it's every man for himself.
Ayuso didn't respect the rule so now he doesn't get to race with Pogi anymore.

VACEK is the big favorite for the tour de wallonie according to axelgaard. but he has some (Corbin) STRONG competition in Troon AERTS, Rim PORNHAIR, Carlos CANAL and /cyc/'s favorite velogoomble pick Milan FRENTIN

 >>/29417/
Yeah this one is small. Wondered how the veal schnitzel was so cheap, so I got the answer. Anyway it's fine I'll use the boyfriend tax and eat half of my gf meal anyway

Funny thing about the region around montpellier is that 90% of the agriculture is for grapes and you can easily see it from the helly shots. Languedoc roussilon has been for a long while the region that produces the most wine of france. It's not known internationally because it used to be pretty bad quality wine, but now people basically don't drink shit wine anymore so it's changing.

I had some carignan grenache blend from pic saint loup last summer at bertrand's recommendation
it was quite difficult to find here

 >>/29468/
BTW this is the place where people discuss wine in france. Probably you know but with google translate I guess you could learn a bit

Big eggs scored, wife is away with the kid for the rest of the day, food is almost ready, Ventoux soon. Yeah I'm thinking it's a perfect day.
The ride went mostly fine but all of the sudden after 2.5h my right glute started feeling awkward, kind of like those times your lower back is tweaked and you need to sort of crack it to get it into place. Well it wouldn't crack, and my right leg had this weird nerve pain throughout the rest of the ride. Low cadence and an upright position helped make it bearable. Never had that happen before on a ride, I guess hitting some rough gravel pothole or something must have set it off. Doesn't hurt at all while standing or walking.

Yesterday's ride costed me:
- part of a fly still under my eyelid
- some bug or bee biting me in my head full of berthair after it got into my helmet
plus after the ride:
- moral dilemma should I have gone and chase down that dog yesterday

Should just buy a rape machine.

 >>/29492/
they should add nets again to helmets, no idea why they removed them. everytime some little shitter flies into me helmet I get so paranoid that I immediately stop and take off the helmet, don't wanna get stung

I have seen enough btw. Alaphilippe the first one to attaque on the Ventoux, parcheggio 1 km later and finishes +20 minutes after winner Arensgod

little does everyone know abrahamsen went through his seventh puberty over the rest day, he is now 65 kilograms and a world class grimpeur

I'm starting to suspect that PCS man is involved in illegal wine trafficking. as he keeps overloading the PCS van, they keep breaking down.

arensman might be the biggest diesel merchant in the pedalton. one punch and he hits the canvas but he can sit above threshold for 2hrs

Only KUSS being the most trusted gregario
Maybe we were too harsh on him

surely campy will make pog breathe right? Right? Campy is barely breathing himself how about he STARTS PUSHING SOME WATTS LIKE WHAT IS THIS EVEN

 >>/29735/

yeah I don't get it benoot wasn't better either. Don't they get that they have to go all out instead of letting pog save energy behind them
I thought the point of those hjaelpers was to set up attacks kek
vingo goes again after pog as recovered for 5 minutes good job that'll do it

the plan is clear
sell remco
reinforce classics squads, hope magnier steals a win every now and then
sign big sprinter number 2 for full GT coverage
sign more VPP types and win stages

 >>/29890/
they had their GC victory with memco, now they can go back to their roots with fatkobsen, magnier and replace memco with some puncheurs that decathlon and lotto-intermarché will offload to the transfer market.

probably starts tomorrow

> A stage win wasn't quite in the cards. "That would have been nice, but I heard Valentin Paret-Peintre was in the lead, and I think he's a nice guy. He's a deserved winner."
Based pogi rewarding nice guys

 >>/29910/
with how small their budget is they would need something extra. they had to negotiate with EF the company to give them more money to sign cararat, when you look at how cheap their roster is they might need another cash injection to re-sign heely

 >>/29911/
yeah, they're a plucky team and they are all happy riding for one another; Healy here makes me wonder what he could have done for Carapaz in the Giro/what he will do for him in the La Vuelta

 >>/29931/
motordoping squeaking is the easiest tell someone has no idea what they're talking about. maybe [MAYBE] you could get away with it in some absolute shitter race but with how the UCI is x-raying every bike every day, squeaking about the yellow jersey of all people motordoping should get all your opinions ever automatically discarded

 >>/29939/
I talked myself into him not surviving but I am still too hesitant to believe meself.
Even my initial team of Pog, Fish, Onley, Alaf, Kev was way better, surely there would be place for Healy there as I was picking only 6ers.

 >>/29919/
its insane to me that nobody in the team would warn them not to take that shit poison. all these riders are multi million euro investments, you have to protect them, not destroy them with some jewish mystery juice

Anyway, I have completed this playlist. So I do not only know all current WT riders. I know all WT riders from since the WT was founded in 2005 (ProTour at the time). I expect everybody to master these quizzes. Thank you.

I normally do alright in Bert van Koers quizzes so I wasn't prepared for how tough this would be. It's a lot harder remembering based on letters than results. It took me 15 minutes to remember Almeida.

Today, we celebrate one of the GREAT stages of the year as well as my ascent to the TOP of the Veloleague with another /WORLD TOUR WINE/ !!

Today's koers ran directly thru Chateauneuf-du-Pape; attention payers will remember the SENSATIONAL bottle of 2015 Mas de Boislauzon CdP Tintot from Paris-Nice (which encouraged me to buy three bottles of the 2016 vintage). As I do not like to repeat myself, we have decide to find a bottle from the mythical appellation of Mont VENTOUX itself!

Famille Perrin La Vielle Ferme Cotes du Ventoux 2023 ($10.99)

Famille Perrin is one of the great winemakers of the Southern Rhone, with a collection of wines and styles ranging from this bottle up to their Grand Vin -- Chateau de Beaucastel Chateauneuf-du-Pape. I have never had La Vielle Ferme before, but I do admit that I enjoy their "budget" Cotes du Rhone (Coudoulet de Beaucastel) as one of my go-to wines. La Vielle Ferme is grown on the slopes of Ventoux, and we have a typical Rhone blend to enjoy, although with a bit of a different mix - Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah.

Pours quite a dark ruby. The nose is surprisingly good - fresh raspberry, fresh strawberry, light licorice, and just a touch of bacon and pepper (I wonder how much Syrah is blended). There is some complexity to the nose, but definitely fruit forward. The palate is bone dry, with dusty tannins. There is a mélange of fruit and savory notes fighting through the tannins. The finish is short, without much acidity. The blend is great and obviously a well-made wine, but it is a bit hollow.

Boy, I was so hopeful based on the nose, but the structure definitely falls apart. For $11, this is great, a great food wine. I will probably stick with Coudoulet as my go-to Cotes du Rhone (which is like $35) but this is totally serviceable and widely-available.

 >>/30040/
unfortunately this
we only saw them for like 5 seconds twice
first roglic trying to follow then called back of
then lipowitz attacking and roglic slurping behind somebody (onley?)
and that was the last time we heard of them
both was 10+ km from the meta

they just dont have enough camera bikes, they all are motopacing ahead

 >>/30034/
Generally you will not find good stuff at a grocery store. For the same price, go to your local wine shop and ask for recommendations for your taste and budget. I drink tons of stuff <$25 which is insanely flavorful and interesting.

However, for grocery store wine, this isn't bad.

 >>/30045/
abandoned j*nas to save matches for his own chances in the la vuelta as soon as it became apparent the fish was gutless and doesn't stand a CHANCE
strongmind behaviour really

Another GREAT stage for W*ut van Aert to attack all day, get no result and then be too tired tomorrow to do anything for the team

they should release the amount of at-home WADA tests that are done on each pro cyclists like in MMA so we can see how many times they have visited ABRAHAMSEN

DS said they want SEIXAS to ride the tour next year. Poor dude is going to be the best french rider for the next 12 years without ever winning it

so he rode into the commisaire car during the neutral start and now this chasse patate. if I were the rabobank boss, I'd give him the kris frum treatment and would send him to shitter 1.1 and 1.2 races like czech tour and tour de sibiu until he retires.

The only question left: with how many lengths does Merlier win ahead of Milan and how many lengths is Milan ahead of all the other retards

if you live within 500km and aren't standing in the rain to watch a sprint train form for torty seconds lower you're tone when squeaking

Of course my designated fat guy is a meh pick for reasons out of my reach.
Give me the next season already, although the next one may be the one I stop paying attention. Already dwindling.
