> Uno-X reportedly send Vingegaard, Pogacar and Evenepoel images to UCI after stage winner Anthon Charmig's yellow card

top kek, seems like teams are finally fed up with the 'rules for thee but not for me' shit going on

Ok, locked up the team for Eurometropole, one of the few times I think it is good.
Even if it is not winning, there are few if like if MAGNIER is in such a form he will obliterate these hills or if BRENNAN is washed.

yeah every runner does it and its very awkward to get aero on a current year bike if you don't, otherwise you can't even get low without flaring your arms out to a comical degree. Ganna is a good example of that when he does a mega pull you see him in the drops with arms wide out because he must, to get his torso down he has to flare his arms out they have nowhere else to go.
They should just allow aero hoods position again it's tradition after all, we've been doing it for a century and it was always cool

AG2R didn't win a Dauphiné stage since 2015 when a certain squeaker called Bardet won. this fun fact was presented to you to PCS free edition, which only costs you 0 Euros per month, that's less than a single sheet of toilet paper per day!

Whatever, he's a rich boy from Durango. Trailer-trash don't ciclismo.

He supported Trump because he's from the SW US and he probably saw first hand how dangerous things got with the millions of illegal aliens pouring over the border for a few years there.

Trump may be a retard, but he fixed that.

So picking the guy who is surely in top form (MAGNIER) was the move while counting on two guys who struggle against second tiers and Hincapie's minions was not the move.
Kinda predictable.
We will get there Berts, to the iron rules of picking and vi vill vin.

they actually did get him wow. I'm not the biggest fan of podcasts, but these 2 have cycling autism, so it works here. and if you go back in history when they used to ride for and run their own conti team, they had some guy called Jay Vine in their team.

Well, I'd always take Jose Been over Pippa fucking York who is constantly mumbling and breathing into the microphone (for fuck's sake, fix that shit).
Btw the last time I accidentally listened to a bit of Jose Been commentary, she was paired with (I believe) Steve Cummings, who gave the strongest impression of someone who'd rather not talk to her, giving monosyllabic answers almost every time Been brought the conversation to him ("Do you think the break can make it?" - "No." [stops talking]), and sometimes even interrupting her for no reason. They had deeply negative chemistry.

I recommend CF over google. Also there is Quad9 (I had problems with them tho, for some reason they didn't resolved gnu.org imagine that), LibreDNS, DNS4All, and Mullvad (the VPN provider). I typically use Libre and CF. All these run DNS over HTTPS, so that's some encryption at least.

the UCI of football banned the Haiti shirt displaying their fight for liberation. I noticed the flag on it.
> Haiti has descendants of surviving members of Napoleon's Polish Legionnaires which were forced into combat by Napoleon but later joined the Haitian slaves during the Haitian Revolution. Some 400 to 500 of these Poles are believed to have settled in Haiti after the war. They were given special status as naturalized Haytians (legally considered to have the same legal status as Black people who were the only ones able to hold Haitian citizenship, despite being White) and full citizenship under the Haitian constitution by Jean-Jacques Dessalines, the first ruler of an independent Haiti.

> Petrolike's future does not look particularly bright. The Mexican continental team is struggling with financial problems, and riders and staff members have not received their salaries for months. The UCI has now intervened in the hope of finding a solution. This is reported by Tuttobiciweb.

> Following consultations with the team's owners, the international cycling union has set a deadline: Petrolike has until tomorrow, Friday, June 12, to settle the outstanding payments and resume operations. If this does not happen, the license will be revoked, and riders and staff members will automatically be free to seek opportunities elsewhere.

Thanks Donald

it's what happens when Grug centers his season around three races: if he doesn't get any of them then it's basically a complete wash

imo he needs to drop a few pounds and start going for the hillier races as he ages and his sprint drops

 >>/93034/
norcal, it's not so much the biking that's terrible than hiking: all the mediterranean grasses that were brought here for cattle forage and became invasive all die in May and we're left with brown hills until December which is depressing to look at

How was your morning ride berts? I did a new one today, 3x4x3min over threshold (410-420W) with 1min microrests / 13min longer rests in between. Nice way to accumulate more time over threshold I guess. It's nationals weekend here in Finland and I'm a bit envious of those who get to ride there, but not this year for me I guess.

 >>/93112/
Very nice. Height minus 110-115 in kilograms seems about right for a non-manlet cyclist, reasonably light for climbing and not yet a total skelly.
I have the opposite problem, I've lost so much weight that my nice clothes don't fit me anymore. Lost around 8cm of chest circumference and around 5cm in the waist. Shirts are still fine even if a bit billowy, but too big trousers just look silly.

Im build like a brick shithouse.
176, 78kg. Slim plus short legs but chest and shoulders that mog all my taller friends. Not ideal for cycling. Seems like the muscles in that area respond extremely to even minute things. Even a few pushups per week and im the Hulk suddenly. Im envious of guys who have that muscle responsiveness in their legs thb

 >>/93136/
I think this is a very interested subject not often talked about. The difference between muscle responsiveness to training from one person to another. From my personal experience there seem to be quite large differences that imho explain differences in potential from person to person much better than mentality, gritt, training discipline etc etc

 >>/93137/
 >>/93136/
I've looked into it a while ago as I am one of these as well, not a whole lot of intersting stuff besides it being a thing actually of course.
Myostatin was the one that inhibits muscle growth, so if you have mutations influencing myostatin production negatively you will be more bulky by just lifting your legs and arms once in a while.
I can live with that curse.

Just bought my daughter some 2025 Bordeaux for her birth year. Looking forward to drinking some lights out wines with her about 25 years from now.

2025 was a great year in Bordeaux, hopefully Burgundy follows suit but I wince to think what those wines will cost...

kek former French NC Jean-Claude Leclercq saying on German Eurosport that Godon won't defend his French NC jersey against the armada of FDJ riders.
I mean he managed to do it last year, FDJ could have 50 riders and could still not win.

I just read now Von Shaert has an unknown infection in his elbow that doesnt seem to heal. Sounds seriously. Could it be one of those anti biotic resistant infections because the turd world keeps on handing out anti biotics like mints?

Good news! This gentleman also sells wine at good prices!

This $100 La Tache is a good discount from the current market average of $6,343/btl. And I assume I get the 70% discount for the order being over $60, so that's only $30 for a 2017 La Tache!!

 >>/93451/
Still odd, Seixas who almost dropped toro is a 1.x but torito is behind Tuckwell. I know, torito has a bigger loss but still. Matty definitely in front of Lidlers.
Guess this are great margins to goomble with real bux.

 >>/93453/
3:20 on del taco, I don't know
tuckwell will probably sacrifice his entire season going completely all out the next 2 stages compared to the others who still have the tdf in the back of the mind
will be fun (I hope)

TUCKWELL is the 3rd best runner after SEIXAS and NORFHAGEN of the 2025 class.
WIDAR is retired, NOVAK is WASHED, OMRZEL and TORRES are struggling and FINN is a coward who will run Giro Bambini and l'Avenir again.

That's a good question. I think my most specialized tool is maybe like my cassette tool or crank puller or something.

I try not to buy the really niche stuff like wheel truing tool or rear hanger alignment tool. Better to just take that to a shop.

I would really like a massive breaker bar as the bottom bracket on my trainer bike is totally fused to the frame and there's no fucking way I'm getting it off
