yeah every runner does it and its very awkward to get aero on a current year bike if you don't, otherwise you can't even get low without flaring your arms out to a comical degree. Ganna is a good example of that when he does a mega pull you see him in the drops with arms wide out because he must, to get his torso down he has to flare his arms out they have nowhere else to go.
They should just allow aero hoods position again it's tradition after all, we've been doing it for a century and it was always cool

Well, I'd always take Jose Been over Pippa fucking York who is constantly mumbling and breathing into the microphone (for fuck's sake, fix that shit).
Btw the last time I accidentally listened to a bit of Jose Been commentary, she was paired with (I believe) Steve Cummings, who gave the strongest impression of someone who'd rather not talk to her, giving monosyllabic answers almost every time Been brought the conversation to him ("Do you think the break can make it?" - "No." [stops talking]), and sometimes even interrupting her for no reason. I recommend CF over google. Also there is Quad9 (I had problems with them tho, for some reason they didn't resolved gnu.org imagine that), LibreDNS, DNS4All, and Mullvad (the VPN provider). I typically use Libre and CF. All these run DNS over HTTPS, so that's some encryption at least.
