I was checking in /fit/ at sharty hell, but somehow you guys were at mtv?? Anyway, I'm glad we're here and we're able to rescue some berts from the hack fallout

 >>/998/
Speaking of which, how many boomerberts are still with us? It took me all my boomerism to find out whatever drama led to spee being down and then finding the shithole that was sharty and then this, that was a wild ride tbh. I have no idea how many boomers can make it

what easter treats do my fellow berts have today? for me? cola, creme eggs and mini eggs. strapped in to watch another MVDP TPD(total pogacar death)

Watched quite a few pre race interview :
-Most are gay as fuck "i'm just going to try and follow"
-Only two people who showed some balls were Healy and Gregoire
-Most sounded hollow and scared to say anything, only jolly fellows were Nys, Skjelmose, Healy.

I honestly did not realise how laughable woman racing was, 1000w in a sprint should be a given for professional athletes.

 >>/1008/
bet a sizeable amount of the mens pedalton cant do 1000/10s; at least in race conditions. derek gee for example posts all his power and is probably 1000/10 is near his peak after a hard race. plenty of <60kg climbers with kwab sprints

Did Ruskibert find this place?
I need his contineous stream of webm's of the key moments of the race, so I can catch up after doing chores

The highest concentration of sinful holebi women can be found in sports, especially footy and cycling. If you're straight you better keep your panties in the showers.

They're basically dudes that want to be threated like dudes but don't wanna ride with the real dudes

Am already after white sosidge, greens salad/salad olivier/Russian salad which Rusbert would surely prop up if his dumb ass could be so clever for a minute and he found this place, rye soup and a bunch of Easter cakes.
Still going to go for round to of a Schlesier classic of kartoffel dumplings, rotkohl, roulade and pork tenderloin.
I will explode soonafter, but I already rode a torty km MTB ride through the dorfs so maybe I burned off some.
Probably will seal the day at 50km with all the back and forth chez me mom.

the german criminal court seemed to accept that it was supplement contamination so did not prosecute him criminally. my understanding is that the UCI still punishes for contamination, which is generally sensible for PED's but kind of silly for a diuretic, of which the only use would be masking PED's. either he's doping to the gills to the point hes using diuretics or he took some bad painkillers. im usually cynical about doping cases but im inclined to believe he might actually be telling the truth

Why do they keep saying "other sports available"? Been was saying it yesterday but I thought she was just being the autistic tryhard she is.

There feels like a conspiracy against cycling, I thought it was the bestest thing a goy could do. Surprised it's not being pumped into the mainstream over everything else.

no just one of the berts illegally banned by the faggot /sp/ janny that hangs out in /cyc/
Ive been banned by him so many times just because I've written something that makes him seethe because he is a faggot
never posted any bannable shit
I hope he dies

 >>/1110/
I have been surprised. I was quite sad it became so expensive and I wouldn't pay. I thought the finish of races would be unwatchable. But it's been brilliant.

unironically allah/hirschi perfect combo style-wise for puncheur races. if we can get a few non-washed races from them i will be Happy

Fléche is the only race where others have even a small chance, and that's if he doesn't decide to attack before the last Mur d'Huy. Even then it would take someone being in great shape and him being caught badly positioned.

 >>/1068/
German WADA (NADA) was merciful and would've let him come back last year already, but evil international WADA disagreed, overturned the decision and extended the ban.

 >>/1069/
The specific diuretic in question didn't seem like one you would want to use for masking purposes (low potency and long biological half-life). And there have been other cases of athletes testing positive for it and in all of them the concentration found was tiny, far below the pharmacologically active level and also far below the threshold of detection that WADA requires of labs for certification. You'd think if people actually used this for dopage there would at least be the occasional sample with a more significant concentration.

 >>/1148/
He is never in a bad position and never in bad shape. He wins the Huy sprint every day. He follows everyone's wheel every day. There is nothing they can do other than ride directly against pogacar, which they won't because it's 'unsportsmanlike'

 >>/1153/
Well, I didn't say anyone had good chances. The only way I see is him randomly waiting until very late to attack and getting caught off-guard by someone coming from behind with speed. Something similar to what Bardet tried to do in 2023.

On the one hand, I think he'll skip to assure LBL isn't a repeat of today. On the other hand, Fléche is such a slurper that I don't even know if it would have any effect on him.

now for some Janitor related stuff. took me a while to find out how it works.
I start with Fignonbert. I just gave him a short ban, so I could watch the races and deal with it later. but yeah, I will just outright ban him for continuously posting Rosenbert pics back on 4chan. if you want to play devil's advocate, feel free to do so now.

considering schizobrit. yeah, it wasn't hard to guess that he likes to use the many flag choices here. I don't want to ban him outright, most posts are still about ciclismo.
but consider this as a warning, my patience here is running thin.

> Remco Evenepoel to NOS: "Mixed feelings. It's good that we were able to get back to Tadej for once. I lost a lot of energy with that crash. Without it, I would have won the race"

 >>/1401/
I'm not expecting him to do too well at first, but he has to at least try some to start fixing those weaknesses. As a side effect it might even eventually fix his crashing tendencies.

> Tadej Pogacar to Sporza: "I was hoping Alaphilippe could go further. Maybe I was a little too enthusiastic. I couldn't dig any deeper in the final because of the strong headwind. I paid the price. I tried to wait them out and bet on the sprint."

 >>/1420/
superclasico can be so fickle. it really is a little silly that 12th is +200 points. thats more than a stage win in a stage race. i immediately regretted the leknessund pick so glad but somewhat suprised he brought home some points

>but consider this as a warning, my patience here is running thin
Maybe you can actually explain yourself? I have made pretty exclusively cycling posts. What are you supposedly warning me for? Of course I've used various flags because otherwise it's the same petty shit, seeing the hate last thread when I did nothing was pretty telling.

I then use flags and post like normal again, no issues and I'm not even recognized nor mentioned and now a "warning"? Seems like power tripping, I don't know why I'm being mentioned when I literally have done nothing untoward here whatsoever except post like the rest of the thread. I gather it's cool the 'hate' 'schizobrit' but there was no issue until you made it one. I'd get it if I spammed a load of shit. But in reality I'm being as anonymous as I can be and just enjoying cycling.

 >>/1412/
Been refuted many times

 >>/1434/
i will take this as meaning he will win on the angliru, which means the vuelta will use the angliru at least once more in the near future which is ideal. i will never forgive visma for turning one of the best climbs in cycling in to a mickey mouse exhibition in 2023

I am so pleased pogacar didn't win today, it would have been insufferable. He will win liege undoubtedly, but teams need to start specifically working against him. They won't, but they should.

 >>/1439/
Yeah it was really cool, I'm impressed with skjelly and Remco to be honest, when I saw G2 fingering each other I resigned to the inevitable. Riders like remco, skjelly and healy really made that a great race. Pidshart didn't have the legs, Wout seemed ded too. Matthews and the other G2 specialists almost totally fucked it up. I actually enjoyed that a lot and I really hope they keep riding like that.

Got too excited when Allah attacked but it's a shame tudor didn't benefit from it, reminded me of the Allah glory days.

 >>/1441/
I feel his weakness today will strengthen the rest of the favourites knowing he isn't imperious. I know roubaix was always going to be a bit of an ask for him but anyone would be solely on him today, especially given the race situation. Saying that I am concerned with the seeming alliance he's got with MVDP, they seem too friendly. Almost like grug was blocking in Flanders after he was caught.

 >>/1442/
ideally hirschi wouldn't be frauding it up and be capable of being the second option while allah goes full panache in front. in ideal form this could be a really fun and effective tudor duo, too bad they seem washed as of current.

Happy Easter berts, hope you all are having a good time no matter where or with whom.(Except for the psycho that took rosenbert out.)

 >>/1452/
im withholding judgement till the giro, which they will hopefully send their hitters to; hirschi/allah/brenner/storer/de kleijn should win multiple stages. if they dont then kwab.

 >>/1454/
> The 30-year-old rider of Tudor, who crashed on 23 February, has now operated in Switzerland. But it's gonna be a long time before we see him back in action. “Rehabilitation takes longer than a normal fracture. I can't get out after six weeks. After twelve weeks, there will probably be another operation to take it out.”

> “It has to get out first because I can only move my shoulder up to 80 degrees. Then we can go see if I can go race again. For now it is completely rest. I hope to be able to do something on the roller this week.”
only saw he got collected didnt realize he was this fucked. thanks for paying more attention

 >>/1457/
unironically probably what he thinks. every american stereotype about arrogant frenchman is embodied by allah, for better or worse. the goatee really completes the look.

I really liked watching the neutral car pass Pogacar never happened before in my memory maybe in a tour certainly not in a dayrace

not sure if directly discussed already by Schelling, Champoussin, Scaroni, Velasco and Van Bekkum all crashed for astana. yikes

for the crash, only details i can find is this post on twitter and remco saying he had to chase for 30k after the crash. considering this list is only the ones who posted on strava, and in a downhill was probably 60+ runners implicated. doubt we will see any footage, maybe some teams will have some that they use to make their mini-documentaries.

> So we certainly didn't accelerate, but just let Domen Novak ride in front like he had been doing for 150 kilometers. However, there were some attacks from the front, so I don't think that was our fault. Those were riders from Israel, Lotto, Visma and Trek: guys you can't just let ride.

> It's a shame for Remco that he returned from his fall at that moment, but we certainly didn't accelerate.'

 >>/1490/
> It was also someone from UAE Emirates-XRG who caused the crash, in the person of Jhonatan Narváez. I was right behind him and I thought I could just make it, but his bike catapulted back into the peloton. These things are part of the sport.'

Had a quick look at Tour of the Alps lineup. Literally nobody has any punch, its like slurpers's paradise. If Ciccone doesn't win today he's finished.

Not gonna allow shitty ads and risk malware for whatever reason. Fuck you.

Back in my day, sites were hosted and funded by hobbyists and enthousiasts. Sometimes on bigger sites they ran on donations. Worst case there's an ad banner ran through the site itself.
When I see external ads, I see someone that doesn't care about their users.

Do you guys just torrent the big races ? Honestly it feels like I should start saving monuments, they're a bit hard to fin sometimes

Yeah, I think Irishbert is the most likely to not give a shit, he will come back after a while once 4chan returns.
For the Finns I think the Turku one would be more likely to do some snooping especially since he goombles.
The Oulu one is more likely to not give shit.
Slovenes should have at least one to make it, can't believe they wouldn't give a shit with Satan in his prime.
Rusbert, that dumdum, should have easily been here and I refuse to believe he stopped being a shit giver.

 >>/1668/
> this guy is probably not posting ciclismo

Cyc janny seemed extremely anal about 'off topic', if it's terribly disruptive I understand. But when people go off on unrelated tangents, it's healthy for the community building and it's natural for grown adults to be discussing various things when they're brought together with the same niche interests.

Where are you drawing the line? What about language as another bert asked? Is this yours or a community decision? I think it's not hard to tell where people here draw the line on moderation but it'd be helpful to know how strict this is moderated by you. For example polish bert discussing videogames the other day was a fun tangent many berts got behind, I'm assuming that's rightfully fine. Especially considering I've been warned already for something.

He added me on discord when another bert wanted to play farming sim, I dropped my discord in that thread so he added me too because he wanted to play. Had him on discord since, occasionally messages me. He's fucking bonkers. For example I was met with a bunch of gore today and he was complaining none of his friends like gore. He is by far the most legit schizo I've interacted with online I think, rest are fake schizo.

yes, I banned fignonbert >>/1093/
this dates back to him posting repeatedly pics of Rosenbert back on 4chan. that's just really low. this was my only ban until just now.

 >>/1685/
only >>/1682/ is me, I was out riding my bike today. I really dislike having to deal with any drama here, the less time I have to waste being a janitor cleaning stuff up for free, the better. I just want to watch ciclismo with the Berts.
I gave schizobrit his fair chance, other Berts wanted to have him banned outright and reported him once he arrived here and we even tried to hide this board, so the worst offenders wouldn't find us. I didn't like that he basically impersonated other regular Berts by using their flags. I gave him a warning yesterday, which he acknowledged. see >>/1396/ and >>/1430/ and yet he continued today business as usual. he literally asked for it.
if you think I'm powertripping or too soft because of those 2 bans (Fignonbert - 69 year ban; Schizobrit 36 hours), feel free to criticize me.

 >>/1690/
Rosenbert posting is why I outright despised him and instabanned him from my shits when he tried making a team.
Schizobrit is tolerable in small doses but if we were bunch of guys who hang out IRL I would not give him info where we are at.

You're the guy who made this happen, your calls are final.
Heavy is the head that wears the crown, long live the king.

> One Cycling seemed to be the Loch Ness Monster of cycling, but after three years in the closet it seems time for a coming out. According to our info the project will be officialized before the start of the Tour.

Here we go again

I like the color coding here. /cyc/ office should think about asaping it into production once we get back to the old building.

Storer has been doing well lately. I might be tempted to pick him in the Giro if he is a fairly priced climber and not a GC scam.

Storer had like 10 seconds at the summit. He gained 30s in 10k of descent and flat and stopped pedaling in the last metres. Holy G2 frauds

 >>/1766/
but how does it ride? just because Grug does it once a year for the gr*vel world championship, doesn't mean you should copy him. I use my cheapo triban for such experiments off road.

The tires feel great, stable and everything, despite being "only" 35. Also ridiculously slow on asphalt. I also think there's clearance for maybe even 40 tires
The gravel routes here are boring, so that wasn't particularly interesting, also chose wrong way and had to push me bike on 30% rocky slope.
The wheels are however completely fucked up. It came back to me WHY I had them in my storage for 4 years, both wheels are elipsoid and it was like riding a carneval ride. I remember back then even buying a tension meter trying to fix them, but it ended as always.

I keep forgetting it is already that far in the year, the sun is that high far beyond 2 pm and I am wondering why do I have me stomach boiling if it is just after noon.
It is not, it is well over me 4 pm dinner time, it is just still that bright.

Sports-heavy nation with a pedigree, with a lot of space and great weather to practice summer sports and a lot of indoor facilities to practice away from the farking heat.
Track cycling, swimming, tennis, athletics and the open stuff like motorsport, athletics and cycling again, maybe add the *nglo sports like golf, rugby, cricket and the whole Aussie rules which sucks in many specimens who would do great in other sports otherwise.

 >>/1788/
Oh cam on, maybe a coma is missing.
I'm not producing those half-grugspeak streams of consciousness that I was spurting out two years ago (it's been already too years!) when I was still half-feral and not in control of me acoustism at all.

 >>/1792/
widar seems to be doing another full u23 season for some reason. lotto's third best climber on their main team is old man sepulveda, not like they cant give him opportunities at WT

 >>/1796/
Pogikaker is probably not winning this even if he is in a group of 3-5 attackers but he is still Satan incarnated.
Must resist will to zag and just pick the favorite, even if Chuj is not for him, especially not this year.

 >>/1798/
the excuse last year was that he's not completely comfortable riding in a peleton but they could atleast slot him in for some races like Romandie, alps or Suisse that are low pressure

 >>/1801/
he cant do Romandie/Suisse because he's on their conti team. not sure why he's not on their man team, they have open spots and its not like he's being paid less then WT minimum lol

 >>/1808/
These are ancient times monsieur.
I'm not saying he can't repeat any of these single digits, I'm saying he is more likely to be in double digits.
Not enough to offset single digit Pog + Pog breakaway points, even if the other guy you pick with Pog points does well. That's a lot of hopes and prayers placed in inflated expected value out of goombling outcomes.

 >>/1810/
> 1st place is same points as 7th and 8th.
fleche is one of the few racers where none of your picks should be shitters, its relatively predictable and there's enough 10-16 velocoin punchmerchants to fill a team. still picking pogi tho

> one cycling final race should be a stage race in Saudi arabia
Topest kek I really want to see this and journos trying to hype this shit up

 >>/1814/
how is this supposed to work with flat/mountain stages, not just this hypothetical race itself but the entire format. do they realize jonas isnt winning a flat desert race

BREAKING NEWS: After accepting an extra team, Giro d'Italia has now also introduced a new jersey. The Moral Victory ranking will have Wout VAN AERT as the BIG favorite.

 >>/1831/
his tdf stage win might have been the most lucrative single win for a rider last year in terms of future contract earnings. his palmares without it is so much worse and he can milk it for a decade plus, easily made him multiple millions.

> In another team bus, there was some grumbling afterwards about Novak's hard work. Soudal-Quick Step judged that Novak stepped on the gas pedal after Evenepoel's fall.

> I had already heard that from several riders. But actually we slowed down first, because we wanted to wait for Jhonatan Narvaez (who was the first to fall, ed.)."

> "Suddenly, riders from Visma-Lease a Bike and Israel-Premier Tech started to attack. As a result, we maintained a good pace to call those riders to order. But we didn't accelerate," Novak emphasizes again

Second time pissmoids gas it after a chute in a few weeks

Yeah, I am not picking satan, if there is one race this year in which you can make a case to goomble heavily against him it is this one.
Will make me feel very warm and fuzzy inside if he craaks and smaaks, also you just know the peloton smells blood after AGR and will unload on him.

Soudal Quick Step boss shilling for One Cycling on the radio right now. It's probably gonna happen. Was like listening to a Saudi spokesperson to be honest, hate what is happening to the team

 >>/1863/
No not really, it was the usual muh safety, muh money, muh best riders against eachother.
If they convince ASO I assume it'll just be the defacto competition and everyone not in will be riding national level kermis koersen.
If they don't convince ASO it's probably getting scrapped but the way he was talking was basically like the point if no return has been passed.

Damn just looked at the schizo dane's team he has been doing pretty well. Dude has been impressively consistent in picking the absolute boring team.

> Nys: I think I have it in me to win this course, but not this year. There is still a lot more likely that I will not win than I do.
age 22 and already has the mentality of a seasoned belgian disappointment

 >>/1854/
I'd have hoped every picture of his from 2022 onwards would have either been with a cigarette, bulgarian powerlifter physique or with lance. It looks like he's trying to get normal again.

I trust Julian gets top 5 if he comes to the finish in one piece. His punch at amstel was pretty good sign he's not just an old retired boomers. He still has a little punch.

Has anyone watched the new Black Mirror where the woman builds a quantum computer and basically invents and manipulates reality as she goes? That is what Gianetti has in the team car. Pogacar very rarely ever crashes or has bad shit happening despite the sport being chaotic and random. They're not just blood doping the little cunt, they're literally manipulating reality to ensure he never crashes and instead Visma just keep dying.

I sense the nearing end of the thread, and the inevitable creation of another. Now, I think it could be time to consider whether an lan Standard edition is in order?
