Me and 4 other members would like to apologise
for the abrupt disappearance, as well as multiple instances
of non-responsiveness and quietness this year.
Our area just had a recent crime wave (unrelated to us)
and law enforcement was interviewing people,
also combined with the fact that one of us was directly affected by it
(they were not hurt or arrested though),
so we had to take a few weeks off as a precaution.
We're not able to explain further details
(moreso for confidentiality reasons rather than legal reasons)
The (sorta) good news:
Even though we still haven't found something we can rely on
for the long term in terms of third-party file hosting,
we've successfully attempted to upload all albums (ZIP)
to temp.sh. So, we're still continuing to rely on it
until we find better alternatives that don't cost a lot,
but we've just noticed that the Internet is slowly
becoming a more restrictive place to host anything freely
in terms of maintenance and compliance.
Yes even on Tor and I2P.
We can't easily just leave the computer on 24/7
to run Onionshare and Tails OS either,
as electricity/energy bill are now at
an all-time high for us
(we are able to afford paying the bills,
but these days necessities are taking up
more of our budget than other things)
