You don't think that he will get the treatment of PSY, in terms of sentencing? I don't really understand Brazilian law/society or Freedom of Speech but it sounds like if you are recognized as an 'extremist' you will get the book thrown at you.
But assuming you are Admin, and you are released from prison what the hell do you even do to get your life back together and make money? I would assume you would be blacklisted from IT/SE.
