Always recommend calvados over more generic "apple schnapps" of yore. The latter truly is shit. Calvados is cheap for what it actually is, quality wise, just make sure it's the VSOP if it's meant to be sipped as something vaguely holiday themed. The Iran War single-handedly lost Rs but that's not why Texas was lost. Registered Rs just straight up didn't show up because of their lack of enthusiasm meaning their diluted vote against the plethora of shitskins the cripple in the wheelchair kept importing. Data centers weren't really on the ballot and there is no person I ever talked to since I live in this fucking area that ever once articulated they data centers would make them vote D. Realistically? If I was asked like ten years ago, I would just say avoid the major triangle and you'd be fine but the spicification of Texas has spared not even the "historic" mixed cities of East Texas. Those were like small towns with a turbo racist past and present but an uneasy alliance of neither hating each other but focusing on outsiders.
