Vegetable oils can provide several health benefits when consumed in moderation, particularly when they replace saturated fats such as butter, lard, and fatty meats. Oils such as olive, canola, sunflower, and soybean oil contain predominantly unsaturated fats, including monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, which can help lower LDL (“bad”) cholesterol and support cardiovascular health. Some vegetable oils also provide vitamin E and other antioxidant compounds, while oils containing omega-3 fatty acids, such as canola and soybean oil, can contribute to a balanced dietary fat intake. However, the health effects depend on the particular oil and overall diet, so minimally processed oils used appropriately are generally preferable to foods high in saturated and trans fats.

Olive oil is a good oil.

> minimally processed oils used appropriately are generally preferable
This is key. Oxidized oils are uncontroversially bad for human health, and PUFA is much more prone to oxidization than MUFA and SFA. This is why food deep-fried in seed oil is especially dangerous, given typical practices of restaurant deep fryers.

It's far from a new season.. I need to get my shit together, but then I remember I'll be away basically every weekend of September and October.

Without counting returning shows.. A bunch of shojo/generic romcom shit like usual...
I've enjoyed with Hanaori-san.. Otome Kaiju.. and maybe Yumemita to call out specifically. Nijusseiki is kinda neat too, so far.
